Delightful little restaurant with good service and more importantly, good authentic dishes. Glad we were in the area and will keep them in mind for next time.

Newly reopened in a fantastic venue with plenty of room for tables and booths, with a side room for a big group. The service was excellent, everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming, and seemed happy to be there. The food was awesome, with good portions, fresh chips and salsa just kept coming...The prices are reasonable and the environment is easy and relaxed. Please go, give it a try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! This was our first time being here, and we will be back!!!!Thanks for a wonderful birthday celebration meal!!!

Left a different review for this place with all the same praise: fantastic food and friendly staff with a casual vibe. Their new location is all the same with a fresh coat of paint. While the old spot was cozy, the new location seems kind of trendy. Also looks like they now have a room for big party reservations. This place is a gem in the AV and I wish this business infinite success.

The owners are very friendly and super courteous. The atmosphere is very inviting and cozy. They have a large selection of drinks from Mexican cola, Fanta, and jarritos. They even have agua frescas like horchata and Jamaica. They have a large tv in the restaurant to view sports games while eating or while awaiting your food. The menu has every Mexican food craving you’re waiting for. The food is very authentic. It’s a good restaurant for a night out or even date night. Will definitely be coming back for more!

They've moved locations! New address is 43755 15th St West. We were sad to see the old spot closed down but luckily a really kind person next door at the insurance office provided me with the new address.

I spend a lot of time going between SoCal and the Sierra, and am always looking for good Mexican food in between...and I feel like I've finally found it!!! My sister and I stopped in here the other day and had a simple, but absolutely delicious dinner - she had shrimp tostadas (very much like ceviche - super tasty, good portion) and I had sopes with al pastor (I wish the al pastor chunks were a little bigger, but the flavor was great). Great chips & salsa, and great beans & rice - I think it's always a good sign when a restaurant nails the staples. Vibe was very "hanging out with your fam" - small, intimate space, friendly staff, and feels like everything was cooked by an abuela...classic comfort food :) Had to make sure I left a review to not just support the restaurant, but so that I would remember what it was called next time I'm in the area!

Always good food and good service These carnitas are always so good and soft and the rice and beans are great. (Nothing like a home cooked mean)when u eat here that's the feeling!

We had a late lunch here, sopes for my wife and arroz con pollo for me, and they were outstanding! Muy sabroso! The service was also great. Then, there was the dessert, which we shared: the chimichanga de mazana encanelada, a cinnamon apple chimi with a side of fried ice cream - oh my goodness! Highly recommend this small, family run place.
