Trash customer service !!!!!!!!! The manager dictates over the phone on her day off meanwhile staff is dealing with anger customer . I ordered my food picked up took it home and it was incorrect. (No hot honey sauce) I call they say they would replace . My husband returns with pizza they denied the remake over two missing pieces . I then return with pizza and demanded a remake because I paid 30+ for them to make a mistake on their end and refuse to correct it ! Horrible serviceKid-friendliness: Horrible !
This location is trash, their customer service is trash. Messed up my pizza no hot honey sauce and refused to replace it because two slices were gone. They need customer service training for sure or to close this location. What happened to customer is always right. Plus the damn shift leader in a cookies sweater (weed company) this location is straight ghetto.

Could of been better, it's was dudes 1st day... A pizza and bread was $ 48..I asked ol boy y so much ? He got a lil irritated and said ' that's how much it is..."Mind you they have menus on site you have to open a QR code to get a menu so he told me to do that I did it and when I told him about here that pizza 1799 why am I paying $27.99 he said well that's how much it is and I told him well I'm paying what I see right here and he said no you're paying this price and that's how much it is I said know if you can't change the price get somebody then he proceeded to tell me about this service fee a California service fee that Pizza Hut charges and I asked him how much is that he couldn't answer that anyways to make a long short he ended up charging me for each individual topping instead of giving me the bundle that I had ordered the manager came out and handled it professionally and it was all good from there on pizza was excellent and ended up being $26 or $25 which isn't too bad I just don't like that they don't have a fixed menu and you have to go online and look..
Great customer service and the foods are perfect nearly every time thanks to the great staff at this locations its my go to pizza hut in all of socal. ? ?
