Don't use these folks. We're from out of town working up here in Lancaster. Ordered a pizza and a hour after ordering they cancelled our order. Very unprofessional. Surprisingly Round Table brought us a great pizza in a timely manner

Omg the pasta was soooo good!!! I ordered another to bring home!! I really like this place, it's open, comfy temperature, music wasn't annoyingly loud (didn't bother my Autistic son), and he gave a thumbs up on his pizza! Staff was very sweet. I'll be coming back for sure!!

very friendly service, good food! had a blast during a quarter auction that was going on on wednesday night ordered a philly cheesesteak combo and two large pizzas, i was very impressed when the server (Rebecca) maitained her professionalism when a unruly customer was demanding and rude and tried to get free food by threatening a bad review.

Came in with my family and we were super excited to try because of the reviews. No other customers were waiting and it seemed slow. Ordered a large cheese pizza, wings, and a slice of Hawaiian. From the beginning, the cashier had a very unwelcoming demeanor, but I figured they were just fatigued so I didn't think much of it. We waited about 35 minutes before the cashier came back and asked what we had ordered. I informed her we ordered a cheese pizza and wings, and the slice of pizza (I did receive the slice when ordering). About 5 minutes later, she comes out with the wings but no pizza. I took my daughter to the restroom and then came back out to see there was still no pizza. I approached the cashier and she said she never charged me for the pizza. I expressed to her that this was the first item I ordered. She didn't offer any resolution and did not seem apologetic. Instead she said it was my mistake since she reviewed the items I ordered when placing the order, but that didn't happen. I proceeded to ask for a refund which she gave and then asked ," anything else?" In a rude tone. I informed her there was nothing else and left. I will say, the slice I bought separately was decent even though she gave me the wrong slice for that as well. I ordered the Hawaiian and based on their menu description I did not receive this. I had really high hopes going in, however the customer experience here was a huge disappointment. Rebecca (the cashier mentioned above) turned what I was hoping would be a great experience into a terrible one. I would love to be able to visit again especially since I love visiting our local businesses, but until their customer service issue is addressed we will stay clear.

The first experience here was phenomenal. I wasn't expecting how exquisite the pizza was. The crist was perfectly cooked to a soft crunch. The tomatoe sauce was so robust in flavor that it tasted fresh. The cheese was stretchy and delicious. Hands down to the best pizza in Lancaster.

Came in for the vegan options & it was delicious! The x-large pizza was more than enough for my partner & I. Their vegan pepperoni was amazing & the quality of the dough was so good. We'll definitely be coming back!

Restaurant is clean and bright. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Restroom is clean. Location is convenient to lots of other great businesses. The rolls they build their sandwiches on are the best around! Pastrami is salty in the best possible way and they put plenty of it in the sandwich. Their fries are perfectly crispy outside and fluffy inside. They have pizza by the slice which is super affordable and convenient but you can also order whole pizzas which they make fresh with quality ingredients. It's not THE BEST pizza in the AV but it's still pretty good pizza. I love that the owner enjoys trying out new recipes and seems to really listen to feedback when you try something new.

Pizza was mid. Service was outstanding. It's a pretty large space with lots of tables and we were the only party dining in Tuesday for dinner. They told me they're in the process of getting their liquor license and some TVs. If they change their pizza recipes, there is hope this could be a great spot. We ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and a shrimp Alfredo pizza, both smalls. We all rated 6-6.5 on pizza due to lack of flavor and boring crust. Fresh shrimp is a must at any restaurant with shrimp on the menu. Otherwise, take it off the menu.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The manager was so rude when we wanted a refund for a salad with old lettuce!!! He then put his hands in the salad telling us to get out and never come back!! He was yelling at us and started taking pictures of us and said we don’t have a choice but to eat the salad even after putting his hands in the salad. We spent over $100 here I can’t believe how horrible the experience was here never again!!!!

I've never experienced such horrible service like this I was genuinely afraid by how aggressive he was!!! He said we were never welcomed back but I would never go again anyway!!!

Brought my group in for their lunch. I asked to refund the salad due to it not being to my standards. The owner came out and yelled in my face, touched the salad with his hands screaming at me. It was a very bad experience for my special needs group who are now terrified. Refusing to refund the money which I didn't care about, I just wanted the screaming to stop. He took pictures of our group and said we were no longer welcome!
