I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes for my order and it was a phone order and if I don’t go to the counter and ask for my order they wouldn’t have started making my wings poor customer service girls didn’t bother asking for the order when I was the only one waiting for a order guys playing around instead you should train your team and then I get home and my kids wings are undercook sad come on guys get it together

As we were eating there was a baby cockroach crawling around on table around my food wasn’t offered any type of compensation! Not even a sorry or a discount I had to pay full price for roaches twerking while I’m eating ???

Placed an order over the phone waited 15 minutes came in and they haven't even started the order while the entire restaurant empty. I had the only order and wasted time ordering by phone when they barely make it once I arrived.
