The absolute worst Starbucks in this town. Horrible service, disrespectful people, and expired espresso shots. They get the drinks wrong, they’re smug, they don’t make customers feel welcome.

Once again, a horrible experience. These people here have an attitude for no reason, it’s not my fault you have to show up for work. I genuinely felt like I was bothering them just by showing up to order. The smug looks, the smug tone. I ordered my drink and the girl said “yea”. Got the entire order wrong. She had to fix it twice. It’s a simple drink. Then when I was at the window she didn’t greet me, didn’t hand out the card reader and so I handed her my card to pay. she looked at it like it was a disease and grabbed it with only two fingers. Then she gave me my drink and of course it was wrong, and they had to remake it. People here need better training in customer service and really need to appreciate their job. They shouldn’t make us customers feel like we are bothering them.

Attitude of female staff here is terrible!! They lie and say they have the items when they don't. When you try to get them to go over the items they don't want to hear anything from you. I am still waiting for the food.Females do you job and get the orders done and when I ask to verify order a d go over it do not have an attitude of not wanting to go over the items to make sure we have all the items in bags!! Thank is YOUR Job!!

I don’t come here often but every time I do its always an awesome experience. I usually order the strawberry lemonade drink and its always perfect. The staff is super kind and they never once made a mistake with my order. Everything about this place is great I love it. ?

I write this review to recognize Alfredo and Stephanie! These two exemplify what great customer service is all about, I appreciate and highly admire how attentive they are to all the customers that walk into the store. They're both personable and I like how many of the local people already know who they are and acknowledge them! These two are the best baristas this store has, I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Keep it up, I'll be coming back more often!
Rachel really hooked me up on my bday. The app wasn't cooperating with us but she was still able to make my birthday. If she's not a manager already, y'all definitely should promote her. Coming from customer service myself, I can see she goes above and beyond. Not to discount the rest of the team obviously. They all we super nice and helpful, Rachel was just the one who took my order and made my special day feel special.

I ordered a matcha latte venti with light ice because it was going to be sitting for a while, not only did i get extra ice, but the drink wasn't even filled up al the way. when i mentioned i wanted light ice she just shrugged and said i can pay for another one if i wanted more product. Id understand if i actually got light ice but she gave me extra ice! It was a middle aged lady with red hair. Gave me all this attitude when i was ordering as well, and didn't even want to give me a water cup. I asked for a venti, she said she doesn't have those cups for water and so i asked for a grande water, and she gave me a tall instead and i had to ask twice. Worst starbucks experience ever.

So it's been about a year now since I've gone to this Starbucks, and I still refuse to even get anything. I would rather drive to Starbucks on K or in the target than get a drink here. I also see my last review was taken down, so let me write this again. The employees here will make fun of you because you ask them correct your drink when we asked for the number for corporate the girl working the drive through laughed at me and my girlfriend and said look it up on Google. My girlfriend and I have refused to even look at this. Starbucks would rather make an extra drive than get terrible service

Wish I could give this location a zero. The woman working the window (Rachel or Raquel) was so rude when I told her the drink wasn't made correctly, but She remade it . Before she asked for the drink back I had told my husband to offer it back because I assumed that so many people probably state that their drink is made incorrectly to get a free drink. She then turned around with attitude and said "let me get the drink back." She was so unprofessional and had the worst attitude. Very unpleasant experience.
