Apparently they are closing early for an event, not sure if it's corporate or private. Two homeless men sitting at the setup table were asked to leave because they were closing early for an event. As one walks out and the other is packing their things and a stupid employee shakes their water cup and says, "spare change, spare change." The fact the manager said nothing and others played along is disgusting.

Starbucks is Starbucks but this location on Avenue I is the best in the AV. They are quick even when there is a long line, they are friendly and they are almost never out of anything.

Emelda was very rude, worst service ever. She threw the frappe at us after waiting for 30 min for our order did not apologize for ignoring us. And she turned her back at us. Also she was arguing with us about not taking our $50 bill. Bad business i think she needs better customer service skills.?

Walk in to get coffee it was not busy at 5:15pm 2 people working never acknowledged us stod there for 5 minutes. Left won't go back there!

This place never fails to disappoint. It's sad, you work for an establishment that not only focuses on making coffee but customer service is a big priority yet the employees here know nothing about it. Every time I come here not only is my order made incorrectly, but it seems like the "friendliness and service" from Ray is rubbing off on the other partners. They're rude, and love to argue, especially Ray. The food is cold, so I'm thinking they pull it out of the oven before the timer is up, and the drinks are watered down. I asked him to remake my drink once and he came back less than 15 seconds later with a "new, remade" drink. It takes longer than that to pull the 3 shots I pay for in my drink. Today he came and told me not to order my drink in a bigger cup. Instead to order in a smaller cup and that they would give me a bigger cup on the side. So I guess he just loves to waste product. Next time you're low in supplies, you know why. This location needs management to step up and better train their employees, making drinks and in customer connection.

Stopped in to meet a friend and enjoy a cup of coffee. Got the hot chai late w no water and oat and it was great,Green tea lemonade and ice water and all was good. I also ordered the egg bites and the impossible sandwich with no egg and they did a fantastic job. Don’t forget to sign up for rewards so you can enjoy an item in the future. The store looked real clean and there was not a line inside. I went in around 830am and walked out quickly.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space and accessible
