I ask them for the code for the restroom went to used the restroom after a few minutes a girl went to knock hard on my door said they have limit of time in the restroom...she look so aggressive her name was lily for my opinion if u hired people like that, is like a wasted of money because people will not purchased a coffe there if they see her reaction...she said she was the supervisor THE NAME Lily...

Slow service. Not friendlyAmericano preparation, a little bit of regular old coffee with hot water. What a disappointment to watch the batista prepare my coffee that way. ? with 5 min to return to work. There was no time to wait. I had already been waiting. Forgot to mention no sleeve on the coffee cup. So hot on my hands.

I wish I would have got the gentleman's name I went in there two different times and he was so pleasant, I always order the same drink and I asked him what would he recommend, he recommended me a new drink and it was spectacular and he was just very smiley outgoing and made me feel very welcome from moment I stepped in the door, great customer service I will go back the next time I'll get his name
I only come to this Starbucks , I'll drive miles just to come to this one. But today, the girl taking orders, Mia, was absolutely horrendous. As I was ordering she was looking around like I was taking too long and she had better things to be doing. When I said "haha sorry it's a long drink order" she practically rolled her eyes and never once made eye contact with me. Maybe she was having a bad day, but then she should voice that and not work directly with the customers. I would LOVE to work at Starbucks, a lot of people would, maybe she should make room for someone who actually wants to be there.

This Starbucks is very strange. I was ordering my coffee to go like normal, getting my cold brew. Just a regular Tuesday for me. I was deliberating if I should pick a food item because I knew that I would be working the rest of the day. So I was a bit stuck, not taking more than a few moments to decide what delectable treat I wanted. Then the barista leans over swiftly, practically standing on the counter. His arms resting right in front me. At this point he was on all fours dangling above the register. He gets really close to my ear. He whispers to me "Do you want cold foam in your cold brew?". My cheeks grow red and my face reveals a flushed expression. I was taken back a bit to say the least. I'm not sure if this is new protocol, but I was too stunned to answer. Eventually mortified from the entire interaction, I stutteringly mustered out "yes...please". Very odd if you ask me. I'm still shocked at how he grappled himself into that position with such ease. Anywho got my coffee and I will never be going back to this place again.

I ordered a frozen strawberry acai 30oz nd half of it was jus water down liquid waste of money had to throw away. Tasted nasty and wasn't even cold. Whoever made my drink did a horrible job.
