It's a decent starbucks. I been to many locations on my own. The homeless need to get out of the city because I'm bold and take charge of them myself. I'm a college student and liked the strawberry refresher and food. Do homework here and get things done while drinking my strawberry refresher. Some people from my campus go here and a dental assistant/nurses. I'm a performer so I like attention. I like helping people and can sit down and enjoy knowing Mt belongings are safe.

Starbucks in Lancaster, Ca on 10th and K West and 20th and K West have terrible atmosphere. They took out all the seating, removed the outlets and have these extremely loud door fan things. Terrible. People can get better coffee and food somewhere else. A lot of people come to Starbucks for the atmosphere. And now they have none. Will start going to Sunflower Cafe or Starbucks on Rancho in Palmdale.

I’ve been ordering the same coffee everytime we go to SB. Unfortunately, this place is a disappointment. Definitely not the same taste we got and it’s very annoying! When I looked at my frappe, I notice something’s missing. And so they said chocolate curls is not available…I mean, I would appreciate if you’ve told me at least, right? I get that it only cost $0.50 but the principle of not telling your customer is not available? Number 2, one of my order is double chocolatey chip frappe - but it taste like milk frappe with 5 cups of sugar! Are you out of chocolates? Like, for real? It tasted awful! Such a waste for a customized venti frappe. You can tell the difference between the pic on their SB Menu and what I got! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT?*employees are polite and kind, but the frappe we ordered were disappointment.

I was grabbing my friends drink and the lady thought I was stealing it. Loudly asked “Is that your water” trying to embarrass me in front of the store. She even checked up on me to make sure I was telling the truth if it was mine or not. Really wish I got her name as it’s not okay to assume someone is stealing!! proceeded to have an attitude the rest of the time i was gathering my order. I didn’t tell her anything but I really hope she knows not to treat anyone like that. Also they never shake their matcha properly because it’s always chunky. How do you knowingly handout chunks of matcha and think it’s fine. Idk, don’t go there if you don’t want to get accused of stealing or you want properly shaken matcha.

So I love to go here and see what creations the young lady with the long black hair will make for me. The line at the drive through Starbucks is always a pain. I go in ask for something new and she always gives me the perfect drink everytime! I haven't had a single bad expirience here. FYI ask for the brown sugar nitro coffee with sweet cold foam and white mocha for that extra kick. Or a blended refresher with lemonade those have been my go to. I wish I remembered her name I'll update my review next time I go in to visit. :)
Good but always really crowded I’d recommend to inside the Albertsons and go to that Starbucks if your in a hurry and don’t have time to be waiting so long.

I usually start my days at the bank in Albertsons, I always see the Starbucks. Today I decided to give it a try. I was greeted and assisted by Kai... can I just say.. he is the sweetest barista EVER!!! I was made to feel like I had been coming here for ages! I sincerely appreciate the wonderful welcome and excellent service!!!! He gets 10 Stars!!! Thanks for an excellent start to my day!!! Cheers!!
