By far the worset subway I been to rude employees. Hope the supervisors pay attention to who they hire, the women employees aren't the problem it's the men who makes this subway very horrible. No thank you I'd rather visit another Subway location. I can't stand rude employees!

It's so disappointing to deal with Rude Staff, the Older Lady was so Rude to me tonight, my online order said it was ready, I came in and they asked my name 2 times and nothing else was said, I quietly stood there watching them working so I had no problem, but I think it was Rude not to say U order still in the making or something, then the older lady asked my name AGAIN so I said for the 3rd time my name is ..... she just got rude and I tried to explained I'm standing there not knowing was going on, she basically said to Me "OK BYE" and turned her back on me! Poor lady, she for sure was not happy tonight and in a bad mood! SO DISRESPECTFUL!

They always close the store before the closing time. It can be 2 hours before they close and they always put some paper sign up saying closed. One time I was walking in and I was told it was closed while they were helping a customer.

Upon getting my sandwich I had a foul aftertaste in my mouth from. The produce on it the onions were bad itade me vomit all over my shirt .The health department checked them out and found thier refrigerator was not operating at the proper temperature and they were forced to throw 250 lbs of food away and they refuse to pay me my money back on the food .I strongly advise not to eat here

Visited with family. Walked in, sat in a booth, ordered on-line, 1 minute later, our subs were being made and then we were out the door! Thank you Lancaster Subway Staf! At this location they are friendly and too funny!!!

Im not thr review type, but here iy goes. Some of the staff was pretty cool when I went. However, this morning. Not so much. I think if your business says 25 hours, you need to actually be 24 hours. I really wish avenue J didn't shut down. They were amazing. Absolutely no complaints with the Avenue J Subway.
Don't ever go here. God I wanna puke so bad. I just went there today to get a sandwich. I ate almost all of my sandwich, and just as I was about to finish it, I noticed a FUCKING BUG ON MY AVOCADO. god I'm so so fucking sick. I even tipped them too. I will NEVER go back, ugh I'm so disgusted. Please save your money.
