Sosa made our sandwiches. I have been in the restaurant industry for 30 plus years and customer service my whole life. This gentleman was extremely polite cared about my experience and my sandwiches. Very respectful and had a host style personality which is hard to find out there these days. Make sure he is made aware of his exceptional customer service care he provided to me and my partner today. By the way we ate in store and he served all guests who came in exactly the same and welcomed them in as they arrived and while busy on the current task at hand.I trained employees in customer service at my fine dining restaurant in San Diego and we were a Silver Medalion seafood restaurant located on the Bay front. Oh my goodness!! I am DONE giving you my money and my precious time.The two people that were working at night closing time August 30th 2023 are the worst. EVERYTIME I walk here there is a problem but this particular night the two guys were talking about theirs problems in front of the customers, they will STOP what they were doing to talk about their job situation. They were talking how another client earlier left upset because they were not fast enough etc etc. They were very slow, it took 20 minutes for the guy to finish 3 foot longs while the other guy was talking and talking and talking the client before me was annoyed too (wearing karate clothes) and the guy after me too (he was there to pick up an order). On top of that their freaking credit card machine was declining my card. They won't shut up they LITERALLY WILL STOP MAKING MY SANDWICHES to have their stupid conversation. Then, he put my 3 big sandwiches on a small bag he smashed them all in the small bag that should've been put in a plastic bag. Subway owner you gotta pay attention on how you train them this is unacceptable and check your camaras at 9:20pm because the afro-american guy gifted a 44oz plastic cup to a client wearing karate clothes ( that's called STEALING). After me being extremely upset of how they don't take their job seriously, husband flashing the car lights wondering why was taking so long, my kids in the car hungry, and the freaking card machine not accepting apple pay I throw the food on the counter, the guy with the afro hair won't shut up, he thought this whole time he was being funny. I had to go across the street to order burgers instead and my card did went through. So if you are wondering why you ain't making enough money, why your business is probably not profitable is because They are giving away your drinks and probably other things. I've worked my whole LIFE in customer service and I'll tell you this subway It's the worst. They need training, they need guidance, they need a better manager someone that takes pride on doing their job. When I was 15 my first job was a burger place and I would take my job that paid $6 dollars the hour with pride, I will be fast, efficient, friendly and I would take care my boss business like it was mine and let me tell you that has paid off. This two kids, I truly hope they are going to school to be something better for themselves because what you guys were doing was so disrespectful, annoying, irresponsible, stealing and EMBARRASSING!!!!! To the owner I'm calling corporate tomorrow morning. I will let them know how you are running this place. Hopefully they don't let you own another franchise because you are running this place like garbage and judging by the rest of the reviews before mine they will know I ain't lying.

1. Store close at 10pm so why they put all the sauces at the back and other stuff inside?2. Slower than a turtle, entered in store at 9:15pm and got out at 9:50pm. They took a lot of time just to make two sandwiches?3. Since when subway stores facing shortage of Chipotle sauce? Because they told us there is no more Chipotle sauce4. Nobody welcomes, nobody smiled, nobody thanked us but very bad attitude & disrespectful / racism at extreme level.5. Bread wasn't fresh6. Mystery shoppers needs to go this store7. Employees needs to cover their head with a cap, working in a food industry and not covering their head is irresponsible cuz hair could fall into food.8. I used to manage 3 subway stores, never heard such things like shortage of Chipotle sauce lol. Bunch of lazy and stupid employees.Corporation needs to send mystery shoppers there

This particular day at this location was not one of the best. And to be honest, on a any other day, I think it would have been fine. The regular employees were nice and friendly but this particular day was very nerve-wracking for both the employees and customers. I dont know if it was the subway company inspectors or the health department inspectors there. It took a particularly long time to have our sandwiches made because they decided to inspect during the lunch rush and were very rude. As they were measuring the temperature on the vegetables add on the woman was not wearing gloves and was touching the food here and there. I mentioned to one inspector that the other one should be wear gloves. She told me that they dont have to wear glove because they do not handle the food. I told her the woman was inadvertently touching the food. At first she basically kept saying they dont have to wear gloves. And I told her I don't care, if she is touching the food she needs to be wearing glove. It would have been very easy to just put on a glove. In the end she did but it was too late. The inspector had already touch several things and had not washed her hands. Needless to say I was not comfortable with that.

I came into the restaurant told reps i had a delivery for such n such. They had 3 customers in line thatvthey were making 6 inch sandwiches for all 3 customers.So I then went outside to wait for order to be completed 5 to 10 minutes. They were not paying attention to their tablets for the app orders.I come back in just to have the unprofessional female Miliniums to tell me that they had no bread to make sandwiches.Wow that is a new excuse i have never heard before of why they didnt want to fulfill an on line app order!!!Seriously Subway you need to hire workers that want to work and do their job!!

Know that if you are ordering for delivery or are a delivery driver, you are the stores last priority. They will make food for everyone in line before starting yours, even 8f more people come in..

I always come here and only had a issue once but today wasn't such a pleasant experience... they only had the jalapeño bread , white and wheat bread and were out of most veggies as well .... I asked for avocado and there wasn't any . I asked for the broccoli cheddar soup and they said they were out also ... my sandwich had more bread than anything else .... If you don't want to get ripped off pay for extra meat because I got skimped out of chicken ...
