(UPDATE) (PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAFETY) CAUTION TO ALL DINERS AND WHOMEVER ELSE IT MAY CONCERN. (BE VERY CAUTIOUS EATING HERE) HARD, SHARP CLEAR PLASTIC FOUND IN NACHOS. PLASTIC WRAPPER FOUND IN MEXICAN PIZZA. After eating about half of the Nachos, I began chewing on what I thought was just a stale tortilla chip covered in nacho cheese, although after attempting to swallow it, I began to choke and was fortunately able to cough it back up and spit it out which made a big mess all over the driver seat of my car. After inspecting further it turned out to be a hard, sharp piece of clear plastic.( Possibly piece of a plastic drink cup) (Pictures shown below). My throat became scratched and sore immediately. If soreness and irritation don't clear up very soon I may have to seek help from a Physician to avoid a possible infection. Very scary experience for a casual late night fast food meal out. I am very very lucky to only have suffered damage and discomfort and not have to rush directly to the E.R., others may not be so lucky. CAUTION to anyone with elderly family members or children who might be more at risk to choking. This is the second time within six months that I have had plastic in my food from this location. The last time I found a plastic wrapper in my Mexican Pizza, after eating over half of it. Taco Bell Corporate offered me a discount coupon after the last incident however I don't believe that is worth the risk of possibly choking or worse by continuing to eat here. It appears they have not implemented better standards. CAUTION, always thoroughly inspect your food in a well lit area. The employees here seem to be very nice however the quality control and food safety are not to be desired and should be reported to the proper authorities before someone else chokes or worse. I understand mistakes can and do happen sometimes, however mistakes like this can cause loss of life, or at the very least an injury and/or expensive and traumatizing trip to the Emergency Room. Totally Unacceptable. Such a bummer I was starting to enjoy this store again. At this point I don't feel it's worth risking a choking hazard, and will not be returning here to dine. Food safety and possible choking hazards should be taken very seriously as many die or are injured every day due to negligence regarding food handling. Taco Bell you have to do better and implement higher standards to ensure the safety of your customers! No excuse. I'm lucky to be breathing after this last food safety incident with Taco Bell. I went thru the drive thru and the lady greeted me asked me how my day was and was very patient when my boyfriend took forever to decide what he wanted and she had a good sense of humor :) also the berry watermelon lemonade freeze is soooo fire ? ???BRING BACK THE NACHO FRIES ? I've been here multiple times! I don't like writing negetive reviews but I keep getting the wrong orders, missing items, food that has been cold (I've never had a cheesy gordita crunch with un-melted cheese) or just the wrong drinks.Me and my wife wanted to try the cinnabon coffee drink and had to mix it ourself. It's not until we went to another Taco Bell that we realized they just didn't prepare it correctly or knew how?I'm just at the point where I'm not visiting this location anymore. Please visit another Taco Bell or THE WORKZ next door until they train the employees better!The good I'll say is a cheesy gordita crunch thankfully is great even if the cheese isn't melted as advertised and every employee was nice and polite but hopefully they stay long enough and care enough to get better or the training gets better! This isn't just a review from ONE visit but many over the years and a majority of the times it's been a bad experience at this specific location.

Wow… just wow. I have no clue who took my order at the drive thru but he deserves a fat raise!! He was very polite very kind, I got Taco Bell earlier lol but the one with the kfc across the street.. horrible customer service the guy was rude and I’m like 80% sure he mumbled something under his breath about me I didn’t enjoy my meal too much because of that I just wanted to finish it and leave. But this boy man MALE. at the drive thru microphone thing did a splendid job. he said something at the end of the order like “is everything on the screen correct” never heard that one before! I wish I could’ve thanked him personally for his amazing work, truly. Good job

I normally go here at night and have a pretty good experience and pretty good customer service but today my girlfriend went for me and ordered a quesadilla combo and some other things but my combo did not come with the taco so she went back up there for me and got the taco but they acted like they didn't know what she was talking about mind you she called before she went. They ended up giving me an extra quesadilla (that was bent in a small bag and all we wanted was our taco lol) and the taco that they owed me but I guess to be smart this is what I got in return a broken taco now ?(see photo). So the day crew gets a one star but the night crew gets a five. I wouldn't have complained but I really love my tacos from Taco Bell.

This location absolutely deserves to be acknowledged for their wonderful staff, and consistently serving good quality food. One of the BEST Taco Bell's in the entire Antelope Valley! For example, Im currently 4 months pregnant with my baby girl Sunny! Of course i've been craving Taco Bell! Most of all, The Bacon Club Chalupa, and a plain bean and cheese burrito. Can't go wrong with that order in my opinion. My mom went through the drive thru of this location today, and had explained she was getting food for her pregnant daughter and to please make sure everything was correct, since the last time they had accidentally put tomato's on an order and one other minor mistake. The extremely nice woman working on shift today, Jasmine at 1:13pm is what the receipt says. Jasmine completely went out of her way to help my mom and make sure my mom felt compensated for the previous minor mistakes made, also helped my mom figure out exactly how much food she could get, as she only had 16$ on her. Jasmine made sure my mom didn't go over her limit and even threw in a little extra surprise for us in the bag! My mom didn't ask for the order to be replaced or anything because she didn't want to cause a big deal over it, but for Jasmine to make sure my mom and i were taken care of really meant a lot. She listened to what we had to say, and fixed the issue no questions asked. Totally went above and beyond! Thank you so much Jasmine and we look forward to next visit! The food was AMAZING!
