Loved it. I definitely have only been to this chain two times but it's been worth it at each time. This location was a next to a store that I went to and it was very hot outside so I decided to get a drink. I think I'm the only person that goes into a Boba place and does not get a Boba lol or milk tea. I definitely ordered a slush. They let me mix my flavors, which I was very grateful for because I could not decide which flavor I wanted, and I also ended up getting a lemonade as well. Very refreshing! My little cousin said her Boba was very delicious. I ended up going to a different location about a week or two later lol that's how much I was craving the slush The service was friendly, and I will definitely visit both locations again

Their drinks are too sweet and too watery. The place is smelly, it's hot and moist like. I had ordered a strawberry mango yogurt drink and it tasted like EXTRA sweet strawberry lemonade. It was too sweet then when they remade it, it was still sweet. Last time I went there I had got a mango smoothie with boba and the drink was nasty. The boba was hard and not cooked thoroughly. I wouldn't recommend

Being one of the very few options for pho via delivery, I decided to try this place today. Pros: brown sugar milk tea with lychee jelly tasted as expected. I would order this again. - the broth to the Pho was good! Cons: I ordered the Pho and they were skimpy on the beansprouts and also gave no hot sauce or hoison sauce!? Skimpy on the noodles and beef. Popcorn chicken was a measly 2.5 out of 5. Some pieces tasted alright but most was chewy and lacked flavor. I had to add my own seasoning. Sadly, not alot of options in the AV but come on Teabox, you got potential! But can do better.

I ordered the beef pho. I ordered thru DoorDash and the driver got the address wrong but that's another review. Like I said, ordered the beef pho . It was good for a beef soup but definitely not an actual traditional Pho. The broth that makes a pho stand out, the bone broth with star anise and all the yummy spices and the rock sugar was absent. The broth tasted like chicken broth. They sent the traditional limes and bean sprouts with jalapeños but no Thai basil, no chili oil or at least siracha. It was very disappointing to say the least. Next time I want beef soup I'll order from here but if I want beef pho I'll order it from somewhere else!

I was so excited to bring my friend here today after a long trip and ordered a wintermelon tea, asking for no ice and quarter sweet. When it came out with ice I asked if I could have it removed. "Brie", the associate behind the counter, was clearly annoyed by this request but took the drink without a word and walked away. After the drink was remade, my friend and I realized there was no boba straws so we simply asked for a straw. Brie, acting like I had just asked for her first born, grabbed the bag from under the counter and threw two straws at us onto the countertop. Shocked by this reaction, we thanked her and left. Unfortunately, when I got in my car and finally took a drink found it was made with full sweet, not quarter sweet. Now feeling super uncomfortable but not wanting to waste $6, I go back in and express to Brie that my drink was again incorrect and ask for less sweetener. She aggressively grabs the drink, says "take out your straw", stomps over and throws it AT (not simply in) the trash can. Now afraid she might spit in my drink, I watch as she remakes it, as she is clearly pissed off. She pours my drink into the cup, literally THREW THE BLENDER AT THE SINK and handed me the drink. I asked her name, thanked her and walked out only to find she had made it WAAAAY SWEETER THAN EVEN BEFORE!!!!! I have never experienced a human this blatantly rude. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I say this was a five star experience I come here for the lavender tea, I will say there is no public restroom which is unfortunate.I will say I would’ve liked a bit more sugar in my tea.

The guy at the counter had alot of attitude. I haven't been here before I asked if it was possible to get a sample with attitude he says no, no help or suggestions. I ordered a drink and of course it's not what I wanted so now I spend double on an 2nd drink to get the right one. Smh. Horrible customer service.
