Teriyaki & Roll House is a great place to fulfill that teriyaki craving. I've tried their Rolls, salads, bowls, and plates. Everything has been amazing. The food is fresh and delicious. Their Thai tea is very good. However, I have not tried their boba yet. I have one star less for service because the owner/manager is very skimpy. They charge extra for sauces, which is fine, but don't make me feel like I'm ordering some illegal drug or something.
