Food is fantastic. We always build our own pizza. The wait time is long so they lose a star for that. Excellent customer service and high quality employees every time.

I am here on 3/28/24 thurs at 236pm....both the young lady and younger gentleman working dont have name tags. FOOD AREA is filthy and unkept. The female tool my order and appears as if she hates her life. The young man a little better, but barely. Be ware. This place has fallen into the abyss. These youngsters need a good disciplining. Terrible service, food, and business. ...and 100 degrees in here and smells like culo. Not an ounce of fresh air to be found. Will NEVER come back.

This place have very rude employees with poor customer service and the managers don't seem to care my pizza had hair in it and wasn't done and I was told there's nothing they can do and then I got hung up on.

So I ordered pizza for pickup. When I got there, nothing. They hadn't even received my order. The employees were kind and apologetic, and I appreciate all their help in making my order. My complaint lies with the ownership of this place. Every time I come here, I notice the same few employees every time, overwhelmed by orders. To the owner- give your employees a raise, and hire more people!

This place never disappoints. Sometimes the prices are a little high and lines can get long with lunch rush, but overall, so delicious. I love the build your own pizza and the delicious blood orange lemonade

I visited about 8months ago i left a review on yelp an here we are on google making the same topic review. Seriously is customer service just not something people teach to blaze employees? This is my second time here the employees really hate there job a girls greeting was so low she didnt even look at them when she said it-she said greetings to the pizza ? she asked me my name an what i wanted but she then proceeded to make another order? Just say you'll be with me in a moment bro be honest with the customer? then the guy employee asked me what i wanted an she told him my name and order she asked him if he needed help spelling it i kid you not this is one of those cringe rom-com movies, pure whitty banter on if he can spell my name or if he needed help then she finally smiled for the first time since i was there lastly when i was cashing out they literally have a what seems to be like a 10 min conversion on my name? the only time i saw this girl smiling was when she was talking to him. Blaze get better team players.
