I hadn’t been to one of these since I was a kid. And let me tell you how things have changed. The hot dogs seem smaller and prices are way up. I don’t eat beef or pork anymore so I opted for the veggie Chicago dog and fries. The hot dog was okay but the fries need some work. A little soggy and not so hot although I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. The soda machine was disabled which limited my option for getting a drink refill while I ate. I had to ask for napkins and condiments which were not just given to which I didn’t understand. Also there were no trays for inside dining. Kind of defeats the purpose of eating inside. I normally say I would recommend going to a place but this one I’m undecided.

I had a very nice experience when going to Wienerschnitzel yesterday. The selection was a little different and very nice, the food was tasty, served quickly and hot, and I was truly in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. I especially loved the vanilla orange shake and I highly recommended it.
I have to say that the staff was nice and considerate. However, there were two guests that should have been dealt with. After we finished eating, my wife noticed two dead cockroaches on the floor by our table!! See the attached pictures. Management, please call an exterminator!

Thetes a bad smell when you walk in, not very clean, the counter worker just ignored us when we wanted to order our lunch ,they just kept walking past the cash register, did not even say sorry can you give us a few mins.

I've come to this location for several years. The lady that took our order was very nice and pretty. We poked fun at her a little bit about the hat she was wearing but she laughed a long with us. She was awesome. The restaurant itself was very hot and stuffy so we ate outside.
