Today April 14 2023, I came into the store and the team member (Dylan) did not properly greet me. I asked the team member how they were suppose to greet customers his response was we don’t change our flavors as much anymore and we don’t have to say it. I told him I haven’t been here in a long time so I don’t know the new flavors. After sitting for a min the manger comes out and say rudely do I have a problem with his employee I told him no I was just asking a question. The manger catches a whole attitude and started to go back and fourth with me on how I was treating Dylan stated that I was harassing him and I asked how, for all you know I am a secret shopper. The manger responds saying that’s good for you if you are a secret shopper. As a previous worker at yogurtland I know how customers should be greeted and the questions they should be ask upon paying for yogurt. I found it very disrespectful how the manger was talking to me and his responses. Making me uncomfortable and not wanting to stay and enjoy my yogurt with my family. He definitely needs training on how to talk to customers especially being the manger. His response was definitely uncalled for.

I have been living next to this location for almost three years and there has only been a handful of times that they have had the flavors that are good. Every flavor are those that you have never heard of as being a yogurt. Not only that but the majority of the flavors have been there for over a year. Where are the Raspberry, Blueberry, or other fruit tarts that are out there? This sucks!!!!!

*Yogurtland located near Target in Lancaster, CA* Shame, I was refused a cup of water. I'm 76 and I was very thirsty, it was 98° today. "It's policy" they said. Even after I explained, they refused again, "policy". I was a regular customer up to today and I was about to pay when this happened but, I left Yogurtland explaining that, to refuse water to an old lady on such a hot day is inhumane. Allowing such a basic kindness would have meant I would remain a happy customer but, I will not be returning and my friends will know why. If I saw this happening to someone else, I would have the same reaction--leave. According to Google, there are12+ ice cream/yogurt shops nearby. Try harder Yogurtland.

Yogurtland at this location is supposed to close at 10pm. We came in at 9:15pm and we were told the machines would be ready in 20 minutes. You would think this would be done after closing time. On the other picture I was driving away and more people were turned away. For this I give this location 1 star. So disappointed!

I love this place, but more importantly, my kids are crazy about this place! Every time I ask where they would like to go for a dessert treat, Yogurtland is almost always the response I hear. It makes me happy to see my kids get giddy about a fun experience like this. We have visited this particular Yogurtland on multiple occasions, enough so that I've finally formed an opinion worthy to be posted on Yelp. Along with this review, I've also posted several photos, so be sure to check them out as well. This particular Yogurtland is in a great location, smartly located adjacent to several great places to eat with friends and/or family, so it's convenient to stop by here for a nice dessert after a great meal. Some of the nicer restaurants immediately nearby include Applebee's, Chili's, Don Cuco's, Blaze Pizza, Rubio's, and The Habit, among others. Every time I have visited this Yogurtland it has always been extremely clean and well-organized, and the employees here have always been friendly and professional. They've got a great selection of different flavored yogurts to choose from, and it is really fun to sample them and try a bunch of different new flavors with each new visit. In addition, there are also a plethora of yogurt toppings to choose from, and this is where my kids usually go crazy! In summary, this is a great place to bring your significant other, to bring your kiddies, or to just go someplace special to treat yourself. Sure, you could buy cheaper desserts at your local grocery store, but coming here is really more about creating a fun experience with the people you care about most. Every time I have visited this Yogurtland, they have provided a 4- or a 5-star experience. I'll definitely be back.

Disappointed in this location for not honoring their hours. I arrived at 10:16pm on a Friday evening with my sister to get some frozen yogurt. The open sign was on but the doors locked. When I attempted to open the girl over the counter finished her conversation and hand signaled to me that they were closed. 44 min early than the posted close time. As I was walking away a group of 3 adolescents walked up to go in and were confused to see us locked and closed as well. They had no notice as to why they were closed or nothing else posted on social medias of any sort. Honor your hours, or change them to close earlier.

I forgot how much I love Yogurtland till I visited this place. Quality yogurt with lots of selection. I always recommend the plain tart yogurt with a mix of anything fruity is the way to go.

How do you run out of spoons and your core business is FROYO? Not professional at all having to run next door to Applebees to get a plastic spoon. Cant someone get spoons and bring them to the store? SMH

It's a Yogurtland so you get what other locations have. Except this location allows homeless to loiter inside the store. I stopped by and there were 2 homeless taking over 3 tables with bags of random stuff. Nowhere for paying customers to enjoy our frozen yogurt. The employees didn't care.
