Taste the same as another Yoshinoya BUT this location (and other locations in AV) charge $1.50 extra for beef (not steak, the "regular" iconic Yoshinoya beef bowl beef). I didn't know it's just this location until recently I had a random conversation with my friends who does not live in AV. I was so pissed and felt scammed. No more Yoshinoya for me in AV.

How you gonna charge more for beef when that’s been your staple on the menu for forever? Owner should cut into their profit instead of passing the cost over to the customers. Haven’t ran into this issue at other locations outside of the AV.

I've been eating at different establishments for years such as Yoshhinoya who sends out coupons only to tell you we charge more for beef lol”! Or other items that say different on the advertisement discount so just be careful of the bait and switch here or you'll be caught by an up charge and if you don't pay at least you can say you enjoyed the rice along with see through slithers of beef chopped and a ton of sauce to hide where's the beef?Parking: Tight!

its funny how there putting signs about leaving reviews for employees so management can reward them but this lady that said that she's a manager Elisabeth today 11/19/2023 at 3:30 p.m show the worst customer service that somebody can have all over their employees were nice and gave a really good customer service, especially Adrian who took my order on his face. You can even see that he feels embarrassed for the way the manager was acting whoever is the owner of this place should take time to see how this person that called herself a manager acts with customers and how she will be the responsible one to make their employees give a bad customer service Internet system was down. Had to go to the ATM to get cash. When I came back, he made me to the line again even though I already did it once when I ask if they can help me with my order so I didn't have to make the line again. This person Elisabeth that says that she's a manager didn't even bother to answer me when I ask her again she said no. After that, I finished putting my order with Adrian and this is Elisabeth didn't give my order in order she gave my order after three people that were after me when I ask if I can pay for extra teriyaki sauce she told me I had to make the line again which I did, and that's the reason why I have the time to write all this

RUTH is an absolute ROCKSTAR!!! God bless this woman, the quality of service she delivers, her attention to detail and her positive attitude really make her stand out. She's out here genuinely making people happy and handles customers with respect. 5/5 stars!!!

There is a few girls who work there that are extremely nice. The place always looks good when they are there and the food is better. I have been there when it was other employees and food was not that great and it was a mess but, I had to give them four star because of the customer service from those particular employees.
Beef is full of fat. The teriyaki chicken has an off taste to it. Not worth the price at all. The location also smells of sewage.I don't recommend.

The food is always amazing, store is always clean, and the music provides a great ambiance while eating. The highlight, however, is the service that i receive from Kiana. She is always exceedingly friendly, welcoming, and productive in getting my food out super fast. Every time i've come in while she's here, i leave with the biggest smile on my face. She even remembers my name! She deserves a raise, a promotion, and everything in between.
