We wouldn't go back, unfortunately. We had heard good things but wouldn't recommend going based on our experience. Service wasn't great. The two younger people were nice, and that's about it. The food was just okay. The food couldn't convince us to go back and give it another shot. They wouldn't honor the gift card we had because they "updated their system" and directed us to go to Cotati to use it. It was a gift card purchased a few months ago, so that was a bummer to hear.In short, we will go to other places and skip this entirely.

I used to love this place and go all the time with family, I went for the first time in a couple years yesterday since I was in the area and ordered a super burrito and received a rice bean and cheese burrito with no meat no sour cream no guac. When I asked she said it was in there and I was lying. My mom ordered the fajitas and had no veggies on her plate and asked for extra tortillas (since it only came with 2 for such a big serving) and they tried to charge extra. We also were told to sit where ever we wanted and we sat at a corner table for 4 since the whole restaurant was empty and was told to move and we were the only ones in the restaurant the whole time, and our food didn't even fit on our tiny table. Really disappointing definitely do not recommend, there are way better mexican restaurants in the area!

Oh my gosh, what a fantastic place to eat! Twas our first time and just extremely impressed with the service, the food taste and presentation, restored hope in humanity after a horrendous pizza dinner at a once great place in the JC area, talk about night and day, shows how management literally makes or breaks a restaurant ?Parking: A great location near 101 with safe parking away from Mark West rd, clean and safe! ???

We ordered childrens burritos and my girls love to eat. They did not like the taste. Alpastor was sweet tasting different from the authentic alpastor taste. Food was not authentic at all I did feel I was eating everything out of a can. Salsa had to be make partly out of a can. The service was not fast enough. My family members receive their food first and I received mine last. Almost all of my family members were finished with their food when my food arrived for me. Ambiance was ok, not suggestive for big family of more than 6. Too tight of a squeeze for seating. No high chairs were offered.

A great local Mexican joint. Great food and great portions Got the cheese quesadilla and I had to take it home it was so filling. Great place to stop by. Added to my list of favorite Mexican restaurants here The service was good and very friendly waitress.

The shrimp taco, and menudo were great. I got lucky this time and there was some menudo available.
Wow!! What an excellent dinning experience at Mi Ranchito! Daniel was our waiter and he was so attentive and kind! The quesabirria was so delicious and not greasy at all! My sister insisted on ordering a flan to end a delicious meal and I'm so happy she did! Best flan and they had a white chocolate moose to go with it and that was 10/10! We will be back! We feel so lucky (:

Had a horrible experience here. This place very unprofessional honestly, they may have a good name but their staff is terrible we have never have never had such bad service. It wasn't a communication problem it was simply lazy staff that sit around & act like there at a friend's house really disappointing we waited 30 plus minutes just to be told our food was never put into the system I asked to talk to a Manager & she simply refused to make anything right very unprofessional to say the least...
