My favorite pizza in the country. Get the Specialized pizza, the Caesar salad, and the olive oil sea salt soft serve.

if you love an Italian style, thin crusted pizza cooked in a traditional pizza oven, Picco is the place. personally like sitting inside on a cold and rainy day - it's tight quarters but it's cozy.

Amazing pizza and Caesar salad. The Specialized was so good... The sausage and pepperoni were the best I have tasted outside of Rome Italy. Thin and delicious pizzas just like Roma. What a gem this place is... I can't wait to return for the dinner service.

We came here after a day of hiking and the pizza really hit the spot. We got the nishiki, which was SO GOOD. It was just big enough to split with two people. The flavors were so unique on the pizza (cut up shishito peppers was so interesting) and we added the whole calabrian chilies, which were delicious and had such a neat flavor and texture. We also go the vanilla soft serve with the cocoa-almond cookie crumble, and it was ok, but I would pass on it if I came back. The soft serve didn't have much flavor and the cookie crumble was a bit too sweet and crunchy as a topping. The outdoor patio area was super nice, and even in December it was warm enough to enjoy. Definitely a nice restaurant choice with some amazing pizza!

Just ordered a mushroom pizza and glass of red wine. Nice thin crust and tasty pizza could have had more mushrooms. Enough for two more nights (maybe three) of dinners. Wine is good and the service is excellent. This place is reliable and always comes through.

Well tonight on a raining night I thought it would be nice to get take out for my husband and I . What a disappointment Pico Pizzeria is once again ! But this time took the cake . I went I. To order pizza and salad and bottle of wine to take out . I stood at the counter and was greeted by a very nice young lady. She took my order and seemed very attentive . Then is a blink for an eye it all went south !!! I repeated several times to make to make sure she include utensils, cheese , peppers etc . I ordered 2 bottles wine ( That were good but a little expensive) I expressed that we wanted to pizza well done and make sure we have everything and I also prepaided giving her 20% tip for take out . Well I stood there feeling rather uncomfortable there was no were to sit and no one even offered me a drink while I wait finally asked for water and felt like I was in zombie land they just stared, tired from my day . Decided to sit out side and wait . Well that's when I saw the thing that every restaurant owner should see and then maybe they will wonder why they have slowed down . This couple came up to get out of rain and sat at table next to me they were just sitting waiting for help . This very in experienced waiter came up to them and told them with out even hearing them to leave !!! That table was for someone else . I understand that but he was so rude when he left they got up and said this was their first and last time at Picco . Shame on him . I've been in customer service for over 35 years and you most no the room ! To treat this couple like this is appalling. It was a raining night and the restaurant was not busy . This staff does not even give you eye contact . I must say dear pico if you are going to sell wines that start off at 75$ a bottle please have your staff more educated in the different wines !!! Nevertheless I got my take went home and once again pizza was undercooked and the salad was missing half the ingredients as well as dressing . Plus no utensil as well no Parma cheese !!! No napkins etc !!! I call after I had to put both pizzas in oven and got the runaround , the girl said she put everything in bag I almost got in my car and drove down to show her . She put manger on the phone but he sounded like he was taking quaaludes so he wasn't that helpful at all and said yeah he'd give me a pizza tomorrow that's not the point the point is I spent $200 in there and got shit. Now I say to you is pico pizzeria really worth all that come on you guys get it togetherthe

Everybody in marin seems to hype up this place. And I really don't understand it. I mean if waiting an hour 30 to get mediocre at best food is your thing, go right ahead! But to the 7.99 billion people out there who don't like that, you should probably go somewhere else. The pizza is extremely bland and colorless. All of the pizzas are ridiculously imbalanced. All of them only have one, boring, flavor. Some are purely salty and have too much of everything, others just taste like nothing. If the british made pizza, this is how it would taste. The ridiculous prices also don't help. Overall, the pizzas are a 25 dollar pile of garbage. The food from the restaurant half is actually solid and I'd recommend most things there. That's what brings it up to 3 stars instead of 1. If you want decent pizza in marin, i'd highly reccomend pizzalina in san anselmo. And if you want pasta, locanda just down the street has better pasta than picco, although their pasta is still decent. While the food is a mixed bag, the service is full dumpster fire. Of the many times i've been here, i've only met one server that was remotely friendly. The rest either feel absent or actively hostile. If you come here, not only are you in for a long wait to get a seat, you also have to burn away what feels like years of time waiting for your food. Overall, the servers are mostly cold and/or unfriendly and the wait times are obscene. Just go to pizzalina.Parking: There's a lot of free parking but all of it is always full.

Great food. Can get very busy at times so be prepared to be seated and to get your food. Otherwise, very good drinks, appetizers and pizza. We didn’t get the soft serve from what I could see, it seems to be very popular. A bunch of people walking by would stop to just order soft serve to go.

This may be the best pizza I’ve ever had. It’s so good. Everything is good. Entrées, drinks, salad, you name it. Also, make sure to get the gelato.

The other night I rolled up to the bar and enjoyed an amazing salad and pizza. I so wanted to save a little room for the soft serve. I asked to no one in particular when the 3rd person walked up for the soft serve if it was better than Mag's down the street. I was met with a resounding "Yes!" in various forms from 4 different people. It was such fun to watch the blonde, with the perfect messy bun hold it down like a conductor while handling to go orders and walk ups. The hostess with the bluesest eyes was the warmest welcome.Always a lovely spot!
