Be careful! The Indian lady that is working there snuck a tip on our card. She put a $3.00 tip on our card for a $14.00 order without evening asking us. Note: when we asked her about it, she shook her head and said "well, just don't tip next time". What's interesting is that while we are tippers, we prefer to tip in cash and she snuck $3.00 on our debit card without even asking. ?

This was so small! DoorDash delivers from this location. Beware! This was not a bad delivery. Delivery was awesome, super speedy!It was the one at Lathrop Baskin Robbins who prepared the ice cream that did a really poor job. I feel like I lost money.

Went in today 10/31/2023 @5:10pm and my fiancé and I got two singles, one cup and one cone and the cone scoop looked like it had a thumb print on it, should be wearing at least gloves if you going to be handling food.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! This location is awful. I tried to order a milkshake and the southeast asian girl that works here is one of the rudest customer service people I've encountered. She will sit there rolling her eyes and literally huffing and puffing the entire time. Why do customer service if you hate people or can't stand to be friendly? Ended up canceling our family's entire order. We have also tried a few different times to order a thicker milkshake, meaning less milk, and are told they cannot do that. Do they not understand that using less ingredients saves money/product?

Came on a Sunday evening after dinner. It was a hot day, so it was crowded with about 6 parties ahead of me. I could tell the young ladies behind the counter were overwhelmed, but did a great job! Love the old fashion pecan praline and coconut and pineapple!

Worst customer service ever!! i don't care if this is rude she deserves it, that indian lady has the worse attitude ever i go there and always see her, she slams customers orders on the counter if they ask for too much. The other lady there was also rude and telling my toddlers what to do. after my girl dropped her ice cream on the floor i picked it up and the lady told her to stop running in a rude tone. as i go to buy another ice cream i tell her what i want she still has her attitude, when i'm about to pay both her and the indian lady are talking about me to my face saying i don't have respect for them! why would i respect u if this is how you act?? fire them both.

I just went to buy my 3 yr old a cake for his birthday and for some reason my card didn’t work. 2 different customers tried to pay for the cake that had my son’s name already and it didn’t work as well. The workers called their manager “Jordi” and they tried different things and nothing work. After spending almost 30 minutes. They told me they were not able to give the cake. I had no cash so I was not able to buy the cake using cash, but the manager was very rude for punishing me for a problem it was not my fault ! I bought a smaller one. This has been the worse customer experience I have ever seen before.

Customer service is everything. Unfortunately, you won't receive that at this location. The lady who assisted us was the WORST SERVICE my family & I have ever recieved. If I could've given 0 stars, I would have. And that's saying a lot! My family & visit Baskin Robbins at least twice a week. However, we usually go to the Hammer location. She had the worst attitude & rolled her eyes after every sentence. It made us want to just leave. Since we we're such an inconvenience to her. I had it with her attitude after her rolling her eyes at my 7 yr old son. When confronted about her attitude, she said she hadn't eaten in 6 hours. I had to remind her we were paying customers and deserved better. I will post the pictures of her scoops! Truly, the saddest Sundae I have ever seen! My family and I will drive further to visit the Hammer location or anywhere, BUT this place.
Went here after the park to get ice cream for the kids. The lady scoops one ice cream then drops the scooper on the ground. She then proceeds to put it back with the other scoopers. I replied that that was disgusting and she just went on. She asked what the next ice cream was. I told her and asked her to not use the scooper she picked off the floor. As she was about to ring us up, I asked if there was a manager. She said no and told me " If it makes you feel better there is sanitizer in the water" no dummy it doesn't. I would have just left but my kids had been waiting in the long slow line and were looking forward to this. I don't even want them to eat it but, at this point it is what it is. I don't care if there is sanitizer in the water. Common sense would tell you that when dealing with food, if something falls on the floor go wash it in a sink before you put it back. I will never go to this location again. If your workers think that this is ok then they should be fired. Absolutely disgusting behavior for a place that serves ice cream.

We don't get ice cream often but instead of cake for my husband's birthday, we each ordered a sundae (which we just finished). We were both very disappointed and felt like we were ripped off. His Reeces sundae came in a normal sized sundae cup but it was ONLY filled halfway. My brownie sundae was a JOKE! It supposedly comes with two scoops of ice cream. But, literally looks like one was done with a melon baller and the other about half that size! My cup was only 1/4 full!! So much for the big birthday treat!It's sad to say, but if you go here it's like throwing your money away. DO BETTER for your customers!

We love this BR location because they have the lemon custard flavor, which is not available at every location. It's a nostalgic flavor that our family loves.The service is always friendly and efficient, and they keep the store clean and organized. We always leave feeling happy with our cones, and we love the hand packed tubs to go.

I always prefer Baskin Robbins ice cream than any other. They are more affordable than other places and taste delicious always. The time they had boba in their drinks wasn't actually boba it was a popping flavor type that was not a great fit hopefully they will try really boba next time because the fruity popping ones made the drink taste like I was drinking milk after eating fruity pebbles cereal. I order half a dozen of clown ice cream cones for around $20. They came out cute and I only ordered them the other day. Sometimes the pints have deals if you by more. If you get on the email list they sometimes send deals/coupons. Wait time isn't bad when there are more customers in and they employees are quick and patient.

We come here once in a while to fulfill an ice cream craving and they haven't let us down yet. So naturally when we wanted to splurge on an ice cream cake for our son we knew who to turn to. It was perfect!!! We usually do the cookie pizza thingy but this year we did an actual cake and we were so happy with it. So was our son. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the ice cream and sundaes or shakes are always on point.
