Well for such a new built restaurant in a nice area it was filthy from the inside and the service was disappointing. I walked in and there was a mess everywhere. I guess cleaning isn't on the "To-do" list. It wasn't busy at all and there was about three employees (who's appearance by the way was disgusting) near the register I guess it took a person to close up a burrito bowl and pass it down to the bagger and then to the person to ring it up. I asked for fajitas and I looked in the empty dirty container that had chicken mixed in with the remaining pieces of fajitas. No one who was just standing there decided to take initiative to clean not to restock. I spent 11 dollars and money usually isn't an issue for me when it comes to food but I feel like I just wasted my money.

This place is a disaster.. we have had a bad experience almost every time we order from here. It sucks because it's one of the healthier options in the area and my daughters really love it. Might just be worth the drive to the Manteca one instead. We usually order through the app and use the drive through pick up option. Mostly bc the lines are so long, the trash is always piled up over the garbage cans, the bathrooms are disgusting with pee everywhere and the employees are all rude with horrible attitudes. They forget items, or replace your food items with others WITHOUT telling you. I ordered my daughter's quesadillas kids meals like I always do and something told me to check the order before we left. They just rolled up tortillas in the foil with no cheese. When I asked the worker where the cheese was, she said my order asked only for tortilla. I was confused because this is a saved item in my account that I always order so I went to grab my phone to double check. She was wrong. And went to show her my phone, she cut me off and just said "I'll just make them right now if you want". I said yeah that'd be nice thanks. She knew that's not what my order said and they were wrong but no apology just attitude. Another time I ordered a salad and when I checked my bag, the dressing was missing. She said they ran out. It was only like 11:30 am. I said oh dang. Were you going to let me know or just let me find out when I get home? She said rudely, "I'll get you some salsa or something instead, what do you want?" Again no apologies or anything. If you go here....Always make sure to double check your bag before you leave. And don't expect any decency from any of the workers.

I ordered from door dash, that was my mistake. I payed over $55 for three items which is insane, but the worst part is they didn’t even put anything in the burritos and the bowl. I ordered sofritas and they were no where to be found in my bowl. The burritos were so thin and nothing was in the burritos. I’m very disappointed to have payed that much for such little food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPECIFIC PLACE!

Thank you for not closing the cap to the salsa properly so that the bag became soggy and all my food fell to the floor when I got off the car. I can't believe you guys get a 20 dollar raise for this kind of service.

They NEVER have fajita veggies and when you ask why they immediately get an attitude and treat you badly. I have been in 5 different times of day and they never have them. Considering the cost of an order, them not having fajita veggies is laziness considering how many people are just standing around. Won't be back to this location , such a bummer since it's one of the few healthier options in town

Not shocking the overall rating at this store is so low. After ordering on the app at 10pm I get to pick up window and they inform me they have no more white rice. I asked why they wouldn't have some being they were open for another hour. They asked to substitute it with brown when i said no, just give me a refund they state they couldn't because I ordered on the app. So no food, no refund!!! What can you do??? The "manager" Katrina doesn't care apparently about her job or her attitude. The money clients pay keeps give you a pay check... I guess this location doesn't need the money. I'll bring my money to a deserving business.

Chipotle reached out and told me to go to the web sight again. I messaged them and no response after first message. Well I Gus's it's not the employees fault clearly it's just how the chain operated half ass.

My family and I ordered Chipotle on Tuesday, March 12th, via online pickup. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. We spent $101, and 4 of us ended up with food poisoning. The symptoms were severe enough that 2 of us had to seek medical attention one at urgent care 3/15/24 and one at emergency today 3/16/24 for extreme dehydration. This was a truly unpleasant experience, and we won't be returning. It's disheartening to have such a negative encounter, especially considering our previous experiences was mainly a skimpy order or forgotten item but nothing like this before. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements stricter food safety measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I love that this location has a drive up pick up lane they call chipotlane normally there isn't a line for me but during busy hours like lunch time or dinner the wait may seem long but usually isn't because you need to order ahead anyways. I normally don't get my order given to me wrong but just in case check your order before leaving. Food is always good on my end and I love the rewards I get and extra offers so I highly suggest to sign on so you can join in on the rewards and quick pick up service. I've only gone in once and it looked pretty small with a bit of a crowd. I remember when the lines use to be long at other locations back in the day so more reasons I love that a drive up is available.
