I asked for a 3 burger which I got but they didn't ask if I wanted it to be a combo. Here i was expecting to get fries and nope. I had to ask for a drink. The gal must of been new. But usually it's great. It was super busy. Anyway I don't think my 1 some what not great visit is Gona be hurting their biz at all.

Hello. I would like to let you know that one of your employees, I wont say their name for privacy reasons. There was a worker there 2 days ago. He was tan, glasses, went by a name starting with H, had black short hair, was a little chubby, and VERY rude. He flicked me off through the drive threw, and I think he spit in my food. I also discovered a fingernail in my animal style fries. Maybe hire better workers. Not to mention the same guy chased me through the back of the restaurant out to the highway, DEMANDING a higher tip. I told him no and he chased me all the way to Manteca. I will NOT be coming back until this young man is dealt with accordingly, and FIRED.

Employees at night probably didn't expect to see me and my toddler this late going in the drive thru. He demanded his window down, and everyone at the window was so sweet to him. He got a BUNCH of stickers and an In N Out Hat. It really made his night the way they interacted with him. Thank you! Fries were hot and fresh. Burgers are amazing. They will always be my go to for a fast food crave.Kid-friendliness: They have hats and stickers for Littles! So sweet!

I'm just wondering.As for this location and my review of my experience here:It was a fairly "quick wait" in the drive thru line. They forgot to include the milk I ordered, so I parked and went up to the door. You would have thought that was a foreign concept, the way people react at this particular chain of eateries, in a post Covid world. Lol.The good news is- someone met me at the door, asked me what I needed and assured me they would bring it out to my car in a few moments. They followed through as promised and I drove away amused and happy.
