I got shrimp fettuccine Alfredo!!! Omg! It was so delicious! The shrimps were cooked perfectly!! The sauce was so amazing so much flavor! So glad I choose this truck today! No regrets. Best pasta in the 209! Cashiers also very friendly and polite!

First time to try this today. I had just ordered take-out for my husband. I ordered the Seafood alfredo. We ended up eating it for dinner later that day. It was delicious! It was a creamy garlic sauce with shrimp, scallops and mussels as the seafood. Serving size was enough for me and husband to share (but we do eat on the lighter side). It came with some sliced French bread on the side. It was a little spicy for me, it definitely had a kick to it but my husband said it was not spicy at all. We will definitely be going back to try the other items on the menu. Hopefully next time I'll take a photo before eating it.

4.5/5 Was surprised by how good the pasta dishes were. Really beats quite a few of the restaurant pastas. So glad a friend & I decided to try this place tonight rather than the other two restaurant/options that came up on yelp. Spicy Chipotle had the right amount of kick and spice level for me and oh so creamy. Penne pomodoro needed a little more sauce/flavor but still good. There were other pasta dishes we wanted to try so will definitely be back again!!

Padella Italiana Di Mario is one of the food trucks that are stationed at the Lathrop Food Plaza. I'll be the first one to admit that I have never bought Italian food from a food truck. But there's a first time for everything.I have zero regrets! I had previously scoured Yelp to read their reviews and was impressed by all the five stars and I can attest that it definitely lives up to the hype.I had the shrimp and broccoli fettuccine, along with their garlic bread and it was so good! The fettuccine sauce was near perfect! The lady taking my order could have been a bit more friendlier but she answered all my questions and the wait time was fairly quick!Padella Italiana Di Mario is worth checking out! I've been wanting to go back already! I was really impressed and can't wait to try more from their menu!

Best pasta in 209! If not? best in Lathrop. I always order penne al bolognese! Its always on point. They make better pasta than olive garden. The area here is filled with diverse food. Love the options.

Fresh, fulfilling, and immaculate!Can't forget the pesto cheesy bread!!So far, the Cajun chicken pasta has my attention, but there's a few other items I want to try before I make that permanent decision. I already have my next meal planned lol.

Been here about 10 times. I’m noticing a drop in efficiency. The cook didn’t see my order and I was the only order in I waited 25 min for my food at 12pm on a Saturday there was no one else at the truck. Unacceptable. Honestly just lost a guest because of that. I didn’t want free garlic bread. I wanted my food how I ordered on time
