I placed an order online to pick up and when I received food it had clearly say under the warning lamp for who knows how long. What's really annoying is I placed the order while I was already at a stall so I wasn't late getting my order, and I had drive up to Ben holt before realizing everything was so bad my kids wouldn't even eat it. $50 worth of food smh so I drive all the way back to have them fix it and they give me back 1 Fry instead of 3. Really glad I checked the bag before leaving cause how do you take my 3 fries and only give 1 back? I haven't had any issues like this here as I frequent this location quite often but this one time was such an inconvenience and wasted so much time and gas. Not to mention tugging around 3 unhappy/ hungry kids was like double punishment. And for what? Hopefully they get it together

First time eating at sonic had the Super Sonic bacon burger, my wife had chilly cheese fries. Mariah was our cashier she was super friendly and gave us great recommendations for our first time . 8.5/10 would come back for the service.
This place is so bad! Why is it so hard to get an order right? It taste like they take the sandwiches out of a freezer and put them in the microwave... They need to hire better help or just shut this place down altogether...

The burger was ok but I’m wondering why my tots taste reheated? Very disappointed. The service was good and they brought the food fast but I guess I see why, because they reheated the tots in the microwave and served them to me…. I literally go to sonic because the tots and the drinks I am disappointed in this location and will NOT BE REVISITING!
