The chickpeas were fire, I can’t wait to try the meat options.One note is the place seems to have rebranded to “South Bay Eats” from “Ben’s Fast Food” as of writing this review, so I was a little confused finding it at first.

Ben's Fast Food was the yummiest thing I've eaten in a while. I had the food delivered, but will pick up going forward to avoid delivery charges and order meals for several days.I got a Chicken Garden Bowl. The vegetables were impeccably fresh and the pulled chicken made my eyes roll it was so delicious. The lemon thyme dressing was perfectly fresh and so flavorful, that just a bit was needed.The cashew chocolate pudding was so rich and luscious, but not overly sweet.I have been shopping prepared meal plans for a while now and haven't found one that has the great food, fair prices and has a healthy menu. Ben's will fill the bill for me.

On today Monday, January 22, 2024 this being my first time visiting California. Omg this food here is amazing ??Being from Baltimore, Maryland I grew up eating Pork shoulder. The Slow Roasted Pork shoulder was very flavorful and juicy.Good ?? Job Ben's Fast Food

How haven't I tried this place before?? Loved the chicken bowl with the chipotle sauce. Easy to order online and pick up from the locker (sometimes you just need to get food with minimal interactions lol). Highly recommend for healthy, filling "fast food"

I ordered this on a whim one day and wish I would have found this place earlier. This checks all the boxes - Good value for the $, Healthy, Fast. Tasty fun drinks that would replace a soda too like their green smoothie. I plan on being a regular.

I'm impressed at the food quality, price, and taste. Everything tasted really fresh and, as advertised, nutritious and healthy. We got chicken bowls which, for being under 10 bucks in this economy, was a great dinner choice for us in our busy schedule for that day. I didn't have to feel guilty eating fast food or pay extra dining at a restaurant nearby. If you're in a pinch for a meal and don't want to waste money or calories, this is a great option!

Ordered off Uber so i couldnt tell you what the place looked like or how the workers were. But what I was expecting to taste from this place didn't meet my expectations. I don't wanna be that guy but it was semi tasteless.. price was fine and it was filling but if you're looking for flavors to pop in your mouth don't expect it from here. Cava and Sweet Green take the cake for flavor. This place is aight for healthy sustenance. That's it. Sorry fam.

First time ever trying out this place and I loved it! I bought 3 of the chicken bowls and 2 pork shoulder bowls for my family and everyone was happy and satisfied. The bowls were very filling and everything tasted fresh and delicious! Will definitely be ordering again from here next time I'm in town :) Also side note: finding this place was a little hard at first, there's no big sign or anything like that. Once it says you've arrived just park and you'll see the name of the restaurant on the window along with a few other restaurants and you can order on the screen once you walk in.

Quick, easy, hearty. Not a sit down resto, it's a ghost kitchen. You order there or online and then check in on an iPad. Then you wait until your order is put in a locker or they hand it to you.

This was my first time ordering from Ben’s Fast Food. I read through the reviews first and based my decision solely on that. Glad I did. I ordered all 3 vegan bowls and there was enough food to feed my family of 4. The food was flavorful, perfectly cooked and very healthy. My order was ready before the estimated time, which I really appreciated. Pickup was fast and easy. I ordered the smoky chipotle sauce, lemon thyme and Ben’s ranch and my family enjoyed them all. The lemon thyme sauce is amazing!! So unexpectedly refreshing and just delightful! I would definitely revisit this place and I would absolutely recommend it to a friend. Well done!!
