This place is just ok, they charge for condiments like ranch for .99cents it's just my personal preference if charging for condiments I give a low review, to me it shows low customer service. There are far better burger place than this spot that doesn't charge condiments. If you don't care about that then try this place.

I've been going here for years. They honestly have the best burgers , best breakfast, best menudo in town . Everyone there are very friendly. Good food for great price . Everything is fresh taste just like moms and pops meals !! Prices are good compare to other restaurants. Like I said if you want something that's going to taste like home this is the place to go !! They have the best fresh salsa . I know there's people complaining about prices going up is a business just like everywhere else prices are going up. I love the food , fresh food with great taste I don't mind paying. Brolly hut is my #1 spot go to eat with family or fiends I really recommend this place you would not regret it !!!

Disappointed in this place. Used to go ever since I was in elementary school. Their burgers are really good. Their chili fries are great. All in all their food is delicious. I'm just upset at how sloppy they have become . They are not clean at all anymore . They grab money and go straight to touch your food . They don't bother to sanitize or wash their hands . I saw the lady go and grab the mop bucket start spot mopping run back to the kitchen and grabbing food without washing her hands . I think that's disgusting . That is the reason why I stopped going there . I feel like it is no longer sanitary .
Omg $17 for a chicken combo?? Stale old bread, small handful of fries and no refill soda! Seriously, don't bother!

We come to eat here all the time. We usually get the family pack for $18.99. It's been a while since we last came here but the sign on the door still said the family pack was $18.99. When we ordered they charged us $10 more claiming they upped the price. Why couldn't they change the sign on the door?

Been coming here since 5 years old, the place has changed. The quality of food and customer service isn't great. For example I ordered chili cheese fries yet it barely had any chili or cheese lol They have new sizes for the cups , the medium drink is so small. The drinks are too overpriced! Not to mention they keep changing their prices .. way to overpriced for what they have. Sadly wouldn't recommend it. I refrained from making a review a bunch of times and I kept going back hoping for better outcomes but it's not worth it no more lol

I live across the street from Brolly Hut so my family has been going here for years. It used to be one of my favorite spots. Now it is ATROCIOUS! Terrible food and Terrible customer service! At times the food is still ok, but most of the time it is just Ridiculously bad. The staff is rude and takes absolutely no responsibility for serving subpar food. Today was the finale straw! I will not be wasting my money here again. Our order today was over $40 and nothing in it was good. Chili cheese fries had barely any chili and the chili that was on it was thick and flavorless - fries tasted cold and old! Both double cheese burgers were dry and flavorless mine had a disgusting old mushy tomato. sausage breakfast were ok I ordered a grilled jalapeño that they were to lazy to grill so they did a slight toast on it and stuffed in the bag. They used to have the best grilled jalapeño. Now they just throw them in the deep fryer or if you ask for it it grilled I guess they're not going to bother to make sure it's cooked. Then after they're done slapping together all the nasty food they shove it all in one bag so that all the boxes and food gets smashed! This place was 1000 times better when Louie used to be there all the time. These people in there now just make this place a shit-hole!
