Stopped by on Wednesday, 02/15/23 for the first time. Whenever I'm in Lawndale with my boyfriend I always see this place but never had the urge to try it out. We've been trying to dine around at a bunch of local, family-owned and family-sized donut shops and thus wanted to try this place out for breakfast. This is the donut shop of my childhood and I was in the neighborhood so stopped by for the first time in decades. It was a little past 10 and they were nearly sold out of donuts... a testament to their deliciousness. I still managed to get 4 for my family. My only regret was not also ordering a ham and cheese croissant, another childhood favorite.They accept cash and credit card and service is fast and friendly. Best Donut Shop Hands Down!!!! This place has been around forever and is everyone's favorite!! Very busy everyday!! Been here since the 1980's!! Their Apple Fritters are the best I've ever had, seriously!! Can not say enough great things about this place and absolutely Love their sandwiches and breakfast items!!
