Update:10 years ago it was good, (10/10).4 years ago it was very bad and disappointed, (1/10).Now it’s ok, (7/10).My partner ordered noodle soup and her broth was ok but the noodles were undercooked.I ordered pho and my broth was ok at first but few minutes later I tasted saltiness and my noodles were overcooked.

I loved this place. We were in a hurry to make a reservation for a museum and they were lightning fast. We sat down. Ordered and food was out in like 3 minutes. They have great vegetarian options too.The spring rolls were scrumptious and they didn't skimp on shrimp or pork. The sauce was divine.The pho was super yummy with just the right amount of meat. Broth was delicious. Kids got fried rice and it was a huge portion. I also got the banh Mai sandwich which was good but a little less meat than I typically get. Great flavor and crusty baguette. We loved our meal.

Best Pho and many dishes to enjoy. Big dining lounge but fills up really fast during lunchtime. All your food is fresh and cook to order coming out piping hot. You can upgrade your Pho soup to XL bowl, which I recommended if you're a big and hungry guy like me or a woman. I usually get their spring rolls and egg rolls that are made to order and fresh with peanut sauce. Great Pho soup for the price with fast service and great tasting Vietnamese food.

Pho is goodBun rieu - only 3 points. Unlike vermicelli noodles, crab ball meatballs are super dry, you spit them out in one bite. I smell a lot of lemongrass. Put onions and green onions together, it smells like onion, strange!Crab noodle soup - very filling, delicious!The store was extremely crowded, there was a long line, there was no place to wait.Enthusiastic flight attendants!

Saigon Dish was a surprise hit for my vegan friendly pho cravings! My friend and I were wanting somewhere to enjoy some soup noods and pho just sounded damn good.The place was packed on a Saturday evening, but we placed our name on the Yelp waitlist and were seated fairly quickly. Menu wise - they have all the regular staples you'd find at most pho restaurants. I was looking for some veg friendly options and they offer a vegetarian pho dish along with spring rolls that were easily veganized by adding tofu.My veg pho was packed with goodness. A hearty veg broth with thick pieces of tofu along with plenty of veggies, topped with fried onions. The bowl came piping hot and gets a big thumbs up from me.Service here was really attentive too. They came around to fill our waters and made sure that I had all my veg questions answered.Thanks Saigon Dish! Y'all really rocked it out for the veg folks like myself.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Pho and vegetarian section of menu available. Pho is vegan friendly and so were the tofu spring rolls
