I placed an order and canceled as they were preparing my food without using gloves or utensils and when asked about it we were told that the manager doesn't allow it and the health department approved this. The gentleman took an order touching the register and other objects and went back to preparing order. They then had the nerve to charge a cancellation fee. I don't understand how the management and the health department thinks this is acceptable.
