Got charged $62 for two medium pizzas and breadsticks. Pizza is good but not $62 good. Won’t be going back :( Shame cause I’ve been going there for 13+ years. The pricing is out of control.

Very good pizza. Staff very friendly. I like spending my money at local places when I'm in there town. I am a truck driver so I travel a lot. One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time.

I've only eaten sandwiches so far but they're great. Cheap enough and they taste amazing. I'll give them their 5th ⭐ after I try the pizza. Everyone there seems nice and helpful. The place Could use a dusting though.Kid-friendliness: Small arcade for the kids.

I would have given 5 stars were it not for the bathrooms being as dirty as they are. Food is awesome! They should hire someone who can focus on keeping the restrooms clean and stocked. Very important. Still a great place to take your mom or kid.
Ordered the family special. They let me know the fountain drinks weren't working and they didn't have 2 liters. After getting my order and asking to sub it for 2 smaller drinks, they wanted to charge me MORE. Why am I paying full price when I didn't receive everything on the order?! And for $40!!!

I love this pizza factory in Le Grand! :) the food is amazing and the people who work there are amazingly sweet and nice! Great customer service! Whenever we want to have a pizza party at our school for our teachers the staff from pizza factory always comes through with great service and give great satisfaction to their customers! I really recommend this place over all! :). The hot wings are super juicy and the pizzas are super yummy!

Employees don't greet customers when coming in. Attitude is given when coming in late 8:30 when they close at 9. Hold phone calls are long and forgotten about. I had my food delivered to me a week ago worst service ever. I called to complain and they told me I can't talk to manger and that I can get a free pizza. That is being bribed not to let them manger know about ther service. Le grand isn't big and doesn't have many food places but I'll settle for gas station snacks instead of this place.
