let me start with, YOU SHOULD HAVE MORE THEN 1 EMPLOYEE WORKING AT ALL TIMES. It gets busy! BUT DAISY HANDLED IT LIKE A BOSS! She kept her composure and still remained super polite. she needs to be recognized for this! I worked in this industry and let me tell you, it's stressful! but good job daisy , I'll be back here ONLY because DAISY made my visit well worth it! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I'm not sure if this location is under new management with new employees but the Customer Service I received from both Anastasia and the "manager" was the worst. This location needs to retrain the manager on customer service so that the employees under her can also learn what Customer Service means. It is unacceptable to be rude to a customer because they don't agree with a inconsistent staff operation. It is unacceptable that I have been able to make a item substitute at this location many times and other locations without an upcharge then out of the blue the "manager" says there is a charge to substitute. I get sick when I eat ham so I always substitute that item. When I questioned why and notified I just made the same order last week and everytime I go there I was told "the person was new". I then said you don't even know who it was how can you assumed the person was new especially since it has been multiple times I ordered the same thing. At that point they did not have valid reason so I declined to continue with the order, while leaving and throughout the whole ordeal Miss Anastasia was very rude while her manager present.( Training needed all around since her behavior was acceptable to the manager) When asked her name she walked away saying it and I only heard the last part and when asked again no response. So I asked the manager and she tried to give me a nickname "Ana" I had to ask her for the full name to make a complaint. If you want a wonderful customer service experience this location is not where you will get it! I definitely will be going up the chain of command to make a complaint as well. If I am spending my money at your establishment I deserve outstanding customer service. I honestly will never come back to this location!

I don't understand why employees get attitudes when you call them out on their poor customer service. 3 ppl working this location today 10-4-22. 2 of the workers doing nothing while long line forms. When it was finally my turn, the sandwich maker was toi lazy to go refill the tuna that I asked for. Instead I watched her literally scrape the container and put 4 of the smallest scoops of tuna on my sandwich. Thinking I wouldn't notice, gets mad when I told her I could clearly see what she did. Did she fix it? Nope, too busy trying to run and help the white customer. Oh yeah, maybe I forgot to mention I'm African American and of course the poor service workers were white. Gee, wonder why it happened, actually I know why.

Came in after having a long day and the employee named "Josh" made my B.M.T . He has long blonde short hair. My sandwich was great but throughout my whole sandwich two pieces of long hair in my food!! How ridiculous, THEY NEED TO WEAR HAIR CAPS THROUGHOUT THEIR SHIFT ! Literally threw my whole sandwich away. It was josh hair ! He needs to tie that s*** up or chop it off simply just look for another job, NO ONE WANTS TO EAT HAIR
