I have a minor who is working her first job. She gets scheduled once a week due to being in high school. They called numerous times before being hired to ask them if they were hiring. Finally they hired her. This was in October. Today, she was told that the manager noticed their last shift (a week ago) that they were unfamiliar with the menu items. Because of this they have the choice to be fired or give the manager their two week notice without any prior disciplinary action. The manager then wrote a two week notice out and had my kid fill in the blank and sign it. Please someone tell me this is wrong. No they weren’t warned about being tested. In fact, the manager just approved time of requests for next year two days ago! Not to mention the manager was fist bumping my kid after being told they were going to be fired? They were also told that if they resign voluntarily that they can use the manager as a reference but if they choose to be fired that they will not be a reference and in fact will tell future employers that the minor in question is not a good employee. How unprofessional! Stay away and don’t give this place your business and don’t work here

Placed mobile order and when arrived at designated time I was told there was a 10 minute wait on white meat. The food was ordered 20 minutes in ADVANCE. It At least the girl at the register was nice.

I enjoyed the $9.99 big chicken strips box with mashed potatoes, gravy, Cole slaw and a drink. It was all tasty.
Got the 8pc meal, chicken overcooked and dry, mac and cheese taste was off. Will try a different chicken restaurant.

I mobile order everywhere now.You can't go through drivethrough like everywhere else for pick up. You have to go inside and stand in line with all the other customers who haven't ordered yet. No pick up area for mobile. Limited drink menu online vs in store.Chicken nuggets/pieces were disappointing

My husband went through the drive through at 7:43pm (ticket #1662) on 2/6/23 and received the saddest amount of food at any KFC location we’ve ever been to. We got maybe 3/4 of a chicken strip in each bowl and I got maybe 15 kernels of corn in my bowl. This was absolutely not worth the almost $18 we spent. I used to love this KFC, but wow they’ve gone so far down hill.

Love their food a little pricey for a family order unless you have coupons but generally pretty reasonable for 1 person.Parking: I believe there are 3 parkings for disabled up front 2 for mobile orders and 5 regular up front and plenty about 15 20 steps away
clean diner and bathroom and fast fast on serving the order free fast wifi also is available while eating inside the diner highly recommended to try if you need to eat out with entire family KFC is not all about fried chicken offers variety of premaid cooked fast food e.g. Mc&cheese, chicken sandwich

Every time I come through I get greeted by the employee Marcos ? And he's just the absolute kindest and most polite employee I've ever met. Usually you don't expect good service from fast food but he's always so patient and always willing to recommend something good He's doing a great job a deserves a raise and promotion !! My favorite thing to get here is the lil chicken sliders !
