I guess the customer service is a hit and miss ... , more miss than hit sadly. The first day I went it was good service or I just wanted to make it the best because I was so happy to taste how good the food was and still is. There has been a lots of times that we go and the service is really bad, the employees are moody most of the time. If your not happy working there don't make the business look bad just because your immersible and give bad customer service.

I don't like making negative comments. , but the truth is Esque. It has already happened to me on several occasions. I'm going in the afternoon for some cold barbecue. And they deny me. They tell me there is no oh they are over. Being a business that is dedicated to selling food. It is almost impossible for them not to have the things. To sell what they have on the menu, but it's already happened to me with the asada fries. Fish tacos and sopes. The ladies who are in the kitchen always say that there is nothing or that they can't do it for absurd reasons. Yesterday, Sunday was the last experience I had with them. They denied me the asada fries. And it was 3pm. It seems ridiculous to me. If you don't have the things they have on the menu, what a shame. I won't go to that store again. Good food. But the afternoon staff seems like they don't want to sell. In my opinion. They need to change staff oh the owner needs to have them all to make what they offer on the menu.

I have been stopping here for at least 10 years and I can honestly say they make THE best carne asada burrito of all time . I have been a UPS driver since 1998 and I know my food. Please come here and request the red sauce on the side because it is spicy and amazing and you will want more.
