Recently discovered a hidden gem at Rare Earth Coffee in the Valero gas station. Not a big coffee fan, but their unique coffee bean crunch won me over--it's a perfect blend of sweetness, crunch, and a hint of bitterness. Perfect location if you are driving on 41 and don't wish to drive too much into town. Drinks are amazing, staff is friendly and you can grab a cookie or something to eat. Tables are available for dine in.
