Inconsistent. I asked for a remake and it was the same. The location off of Ferrari Ranch is much better - so make the extra 60 seconds up the freeway. It's one recipe - not sure what the deal is.

The stuff is always friendly the place is inviting, the coffee and food are always exactly what you order. This is a place I come to to wind down and refreshVegetarian options: Not a huge selection but there are a few sandwiches and of course vegan and vegetarian options for coffee

There’s two people who work here that always have an attitude for no reason. One a gentleman with a beard. The other is a white woman with blond hair, usually works in the morning. Seems like they don’t like their job and still think they deserve a tip.On top of that, they always run out of things. And when you ask them what do they suggest an alternative, their response is “everything else”.Working at a “fast food” joint can 1000% be stressful, but to not give a simple hello, good morning, etc when one is given to you; just shows immaturity and lack of training.

It's a very good Starbucks but the atmosphere is very judgemental. Baristas look too you head to toe and that made me feel very uncomfortable. It was very busy that day and I feel I could have been treated better. Hence, it's a good Starbucks if you are going through the drive-thru.

Came through this drive through today 12/6/23 around 12:45 and had a very unpleasant experience with the barista at the window. This is the second bad experience I’ve had here with a rude barista and it’s ridiculous, it’s only ever this Starbucks. The girl from today was a tan girl with shortish black curly/wavy hair. She was very short with me at the window, had a rude tone and took payment from me without saying a single thing. And then she handed me the drink, didn’t say “here you go” or anything, and then shut the window on me while I was saying thank you. Don’t work customer service if you don’t like interacting with people or being friendly at the very least. I won’t be back to this location!

Service, guest service is being ruined by the bad attitude teenagers that work here Manager didn't even come back out seeing I came back in here to have my drink remade... I am a lead in retail and if one of my team members treated any guest this way I would be appalled. There are PLENTY of other Starbucks to go to, I highly suggest going to a different one. Didn't complain just told them my drink wasn't made right which after it was remade it was clear that it wasn't. Just disappointed and dissatisfied. Go to the Starbucks off Lonetree or sunset in Rocklin instead

Wish I could give 0 stars. Came in the night before a specific merchandise release and asked if they had what I was looking for so I wouldn't waste my time coming to this location on release day if they didn't have it. They told me they did have it and to come in the morning for it. After being the first one there at 5am, they told me the closing employees took all of them the night before. So if Starbucks allows their employees to hog all the merchandise to the point of being completely "sold out" on release day then at least have the decency to tell people that upfront. Will never be coming back to this location again. This experience was extremely off putting.
