I've had previous issues with them charging different percentages if I used my card. So this time I paid with cash thinking everything will be fine. No, obviously the staff do not know how to calculate because when she gave me my change back, she shorted me some change. So I brought it up to another staff member and she gave me the difference back. The 1st staff member that took my order and shorted me handed me my food, I said thank you politely. She just gave me a look and just closed the window. She didn't say anything. Poor customer service.

Food is decent, i usually order a sausage breakfast burrito, they allow me to substitute rice instead of hash browns in the burrito which i prefer, prices are competitive with other restaurants of the same type.

Bad service this time, I was trying to redeem the nd card with all the punch holes in it already so I can get the discount of 7.99. They didn't want to honor it this time. The kid didn't even know how to respond as all he responded with was "huh" when I asked about it. I responded by saying "what" and all he did was laugh. They should have honored the ND card as I had all the punch holes already.

The food is good, but the attention of the girls is terrible, everything is forgotten, they forget to serve you your food at breaks, they bring you coffee, they forget the sugar, they bring you pancakes, they forget the honey ? etc...

I went and ordered in the drive thru, as I payed with my debit card the lady at the window said it was a 3% charge. As I reviewed my receipt I discovered that they really charge 4%. We brought it up to the same lady and she responded "oh the system was updated". And they charged the same weeks prior to this time. Display the correct amount if that's what your charging, don't make excuses. And use cash when ordering here.

First timer. Fair pricing. Generous condiments. Good service. I plan to return with my partner and hopefully my second time there will be just as good. Ordered a cheeseburger and spicy chicken with fries, all under $20, not bad compared to any typical fast food conglomerate.
No prices on the menu so they can pretty much be charging you whatever they want.Small chili cheese fries are $8?!!! It’s crazy
