So I just wanted to grab some coffee real quick and I thought it was a traditional shop. Little did I know this was the future ? robots will be making your drink, and serve you with a designated spot for your drink. It's very cool, the staff is really kind and helpful and drinks are delicious! I just wish there were a couple of other seats for people to sit at, but that's it.

Coffee is great! I honestly did not know what to expect. I think it's fascinating how the machine is making the drink. I got my drink less than 10 minuetes.

Cool coffee robot. The coffee was OK (but not great but probably the best coffee option in the outlets centre). Very interesting to watch a robot make your coffee- amazing technology on show. Be aware that there is a very long wait when the crowds build up - we waited 30min after we ordered.

Cool concept, easy to order. The one Human worker was really charismatic and friendly. I love matcha and coffee, so I'm happy to see that there's a mix of the two with the dirty matcha.

Robots making Bad coffee TeaWe had Chai Latte , and one of the worst ever. Selected hot but it was kinda warmThere are couple of folks in the store who don’t care for customers, all they say is order at the iPad in front.I would say go to the Starbucks nearby than waste your money here

We ordered 4 coffees but unfortunately there was some issue with one of the robots (JARVIS) and we didn’t get our Iced vanilla bean latte (got the other 3 items though). The staff initially said she will make the remaining drink by herself but she ended up not doing it (we reminded her 2-3 times and every time she use to forget about our order and be busy doing sth with the broken robot). she was not able to cancel/refund the order either. Wasted more than half hour and left without our order ! I wish i can give 0 to service.

I was so amazed that the robot started making my drink the moment I paid for my order. I've never seen anything like it. It was definitely a marvel and I can see the use of robots expanding. They had very interesting flavors but I'll have to give this 4 stars since I was unable to change the amount of ice in my drink. While the drink is customizable, they do not allow us to change the ice level. My drink was perfectly made but there was just too much ice.

I would add a third option for hot latte temperature (e.g. hot to the touch which is around 70-75 degrees Celsius for the steamed milk). Even the regular hotness for the latte is too hot in my opinion.Roast is good, micro-foaming is good as well.What effect does a tip have here?
I decided to try the cappuccino made by the robot. And I liked it!Before Artly I've seen the coffee robots only in the YouTube videos or online news feeds. It was cool experience even to see it. I ordered 10oz cappuccino for $4.5 + tax. On the display you immediately see how long you need to wait for your coffee. For me it was 3 minutes. The coffee island is designed well as everything is covered from the dust and people don't need to touch anything except the touch screen to make the order and grab their cup of coffee from the counter. I know that the robots don't have feelings but my coffee was good. It's not the specialty coffee with a rich aftertaste but it was really good decent cappuccino. It's worth the experience.

Stopped here for a cup of coffee. The attendant was very friendly and answered all my questions. I was happily surprised that my vanilla bean latte was not too sweet, unlike the other commercial coffee places. Their coffee has a good amount of roast to it and a good depth of flavor. Honestly, it's some of the best coffee that I have had in a while! Plus it's entertaining watching the robotic arm make your coffee without spilling a drop.

Very cool coffee making robot. It was very interesting and entertaining to watch the robot make different kinds of coffee. Coffee tasted excellent and so was turmeric milk. Latte art included. I was expecting the coffee to spill which was filled to the brim when the robot placed it on the designated delivery spot. Nope, no spills, cup after cup.

Stumbled upon this place while shopping at the Livermore outlets. I haven't encountered a fully automated barista robotic arm before and this was a great novelty. The entire process is automated from ordering on a tablet to a drink ready notification on your mobile phone. However being a weekend afternoon our drinks took about 15 mins to be ready and there is not enough seating so be prepared to walk around and collect your order once you get a text. The process is very cool to watch with the arm doing everything from bean grinding, loading the espresso machine, foaming milk, washing up cups etc. We ordered a chai and an iced honey rose latte and both drinks were well made. I also appreciate that this was reasonably priced considering it is an innovative store.
