Moved to the area a few months ago and I was delighted to discover this place. The crust is consistently perfect and the staff are very friendly. My only slight gripe is that they close pretty early, 8.30 if I'm not mistaken but all in all this place is great

Worst pizza slice I have ever had. Slice was floppy and paper thin. I gave this place a few chances and everytime they didn't cook the dough properly.

First and last visit. When placing my order for a slice of pizza (in person) the customer service was noticeably aggressive. The pizza was not thoroughly cooked with raw pizza dough making it inedible. When the owner was informed of the issue with the undercooked pizza, he said, there is “nothing he can do about it” because he “doesn’t give refunds” (I never asked for a refund), and “isn’t cooking a new slice of pizza“. And, then, he makes a claim stating, “that’s just how they cook all their pizzas” and that “I should have known that”. LOL (on my first visit)! ? He further advised me next time to place an order for a “cooked crispy pizza”. Avoid this place, unless if you do like, undercooked doughy pizza served with aggressive illogical rude customer service.

Excellent pizza. The dough and sauce used are world-class. Crispy, chewy, flavorful and high quality. If you're looking for a healthier option, try the vegan veggie deluxe pizza. Usually I'm not a fan of vegan cheese because it has a weird texture, but whatever vegan cheese is on their veggie deluxe pizza tastes great. Also, be sure to try their cannolis for dessert! Great service too!

Not for large parties because it just doesn’t have a lot of seating. But what it lacks in large seating it makes up for in SPADES with its pizza. We travel constantly for work, so this “best pizza ever” is not said lightly. We have had pizza all across the lower 48. Today we had the garlic twists and the Italian combination pizza, and both were phenomenal. I could not recommend this place more. In addition to epic pizza, the service was spot on.I will never get pizza anywhere else but here when I’m in or around Livermore.

First time ever coming here - ordered a large half margarita and half chicken alfredo pizza . The pizza took way way way too long to get prepared, about 20-30 minutes. After the long wait we received the pizza and saw that it has pesto on the margarita side. I, and most of my family, are deathly allergic to nuts, one of the main ingredients of pesto is pine nuts... we asked if there was anything the staff at Bella Roma’s (mainly the heavyset guy working the front) and very very very rudely he said “well you should’ve read the menu” then he closed the door on us. No where on the menu, as far as I can see said that pesto would come with the margarita. Yes, I should’ve notified that we were allergic to nuts but I’ve never had a margarita pizza, or rather any pizza, with pesto before, and being this rude definitely was not the right the best way to deal with the situation. AS FOR THE PIZZA (the chicken Alfredo half had no pesto) - a solid 4.5/10, leaves a lot to be desired, feels soggy and undercooked, and an overload of grease. The first and the last time I will ever be here, I wanted to support a small business but honestly just go to papa Johns instead haha. They’re not rude, they have good customer service, and they have good pizza, unlike Bella Roma’s...

Great pizza, just get extra sauce and cheese. Hole in the wall but they do have tables and beers on tap if you want to dine in. Liquor store next door so you can get your beer and pizza in one stop.

We like to stop here when we're in town! The Margherita pizza is our pick and it's AMAZING! I really like the pizza here, it's thinner and crispy with soooo much flavor! Their menu has some really good options. They have good cannoli too! Definitely give them a try!
