I went to celebrate my grandson's 13th birthday over here this is where he wanted to try and eat the food was no good the waitress got our foods mixed up ? my son-in-law got a chicken sandwich and it was just no chicken just the frey part of the bread of the chicken it was disgusting I ate fried cauliflower it was so salty. They took forever on our drinks we had to go to the bar area There was only one waitress. Then to top it off when we got the receipt what we ordered wasn't the exact price on the receipt . Let's just say it was a mess he even had to talk to the manager then to top it the waitress asked for a tip on the receipt that she gave to my daughters she wasn't a very good waitress the food was not that great. The only thing that was good is the screen TV

Bartender was good but I am traveling for work and go to Buffalo Wild Wings a lot in my home town as well as have a ton of stacked up points thru there app system and there beer of my choice is 4$ for a tall all times of the day this month of April at my local store. This store is charging 9$ for a light beer such as "bud light, Coors light". I mean that is Robbery at that price. Asked the bartender about it and showed him the price I normally pay and the advertised price on Buffalo Wild Wings website and that did not matter here. Don't come here expecting a light beer to be any bit affordable.

Love their drinks and wings. That's all I ever go for. The wings are amazing and the drinks are delicious. Staff depending on who you get, you either get really good service or really bad. There not rude bit they might as well be if they never come back to see if you want any other drinks after they bring you food. I don't know maybe I should sit at the bar then but on the other hand, it's never busy so I don't know what there staff is do g if they not helping amyone

The service was friendly and kind and I would give them 5 stars for sure!I ordered an iced tea and it was very watered down to the point where I thought it was dirty water. I ended up having to order a coke instead. I ordered the fried pickles and lunch combo which is 6 boneless wings and fries. The pickles were eh. I felt that they werent crispy to the point where the breading/batter wasnt cooked all the way. It was almost runny per se. The wings were okay but the fries werent cooked all the way. Usually this doesnt happed at BWW. Hopefully this was just an off day.

My family orders Buffalo Wild Wings for carry out weekly and has been for the past 3 years and probably spends about $350 a month there. That is, until today... Normally the staff is pretty good, Nick and Jose have always been great and have always gone out of their way to make things right if my order was wrong. Tonight the order was wrong, I can't eat peppers right now because I'm nursing and my baby has a sensitive tummy and it came loaded with peppers everywhere and I couldn't even eat my food. My mom called to let them know and also inquire as to why the coupon she entered (that was emailed to her) wasn't accepted as well as to ask about why she only received one southwestern ranch when she asked for multiple based on the amount of food we ordered. Yolonda placed my mother on hold for 15 minutes and never came back, prior to placing her on hold, she berated her and was extremely condescending and made a comment about how she knew who she was and that she always complained when her order was wrong. My mom had her on speaker phone and I've never heard an employee be so rude and disrespectful to a customer. It's unfortunate because we love the food but Yolonda just ruined a three year Tuesday night tradition for our family. Hopefully BWW corporate hires friendlier managers in the future.

Sadly, reviews are pretty accurate. Went to BWW to watch the Raiders game and service was rough. Not faulting the server, it looked like he was working hard, they just didn't staff nearly enough people (maybe two servers total for both sides of the place). Wings were OK, but for wings, a salad, and a beer, for $40+ prior to tip, it's a bit much.If service was great, meaning management catered more to their customers, might be worth it, but it wasn't. Table was sticky and it took about 15-20 minutes just to get someone to stop by.

I take it this place is good for the bar and wings only or when you need a quick fix because you've had a little too much to drink! I ordered a Caesar salad for $14 and it was horrible! Not worth that much money AT ALL!!! Had I known the salad and rating for the restaurant were so poor, I would have went down the street to Trader Joe's for a hearty salad worth every bit of $4! I mean the salad they served me was wilted, every other bite I was throwing out leaves of wilted lettuce. That is so unacceptable on such a simple dish, who ruins a salad???? They have to do a better job at storing their lettuce, or don't serve salads AT ALL!!! I guess so learned today!

Incompetent service strikes again for the 3rd and final time here. Order it waited 45 min for it while no one was there and 1 or 2 pickups were there then when we get home to find they missed items and call in for a refund they said we have to drive back to the store for a refund on the items missing. Great job Bdubs.

I don't know why all the bad reviews. We went there around 10pm. Service was good considering there was only server. Not his fault since it was late. Excellent wings and beer. Nice sports bar atmosphere watching the Giants. Close enough to ride my bike down so no parking issues. I'll go again.

BWW is always on point with their wings, but this location was a complete miss.. we ordered takeout and sat at bar to have a couple drinks— service was quick and friendly.Our food on the other hand was extremely disappointing! Ordered wings and the sauce is hardly coated, had a chicken wrap and couldn’t even taste the choice in sauce for that too… we had to think about what sauce we ordered because it was so lacking. Just the food was a total of almost 60$ after tip, and are kind of sad it cost so much without any proper flavors?mostly just oil on the wings?
