Absolutely horrendous. My family and I showed up at 7:30 p.m. and the doors were already locked even though it's stated they close at 8:00 p.m. We knocked on the door and all they did was wave their finger at us saying no.

We went there on a Friday evening. I'm a western Bacon lover but don't often go to Carl's Jr anymore because the burgers have gone downhill. The bun was fresh. The bacon was crisp and the burger was warm. I'd go back to this one in a heartbeat!

This place can’t make a sandwich as requested. Asked for no bbq sauce and what they did was just wipe the bbq sauce of the bun and put it back on the sandwich. You really think someone can’t taste or smell it after wiping it off. My kid has an allergy to it and luckily we checked.

I would give this place no star if I could but then you can't write a review! I went to the drive through and ordered a breakfast burrito for the first time and the lady asked me if I wanted the combo so I replied what's included with the combo and she said hash brown and coffee or juices. I ordered one burrito for my friend and a combo for me with a coffee. It took quiet a while for the car ahead of me and when it was my turn, the food was all ready to go and she was so rude with no expression or anything and just handed me the bag with coffee.I opened the bag at work and there was no sugar or cream and thank god that there wasn't any because the coffee smelled like pee as if they peed in the coffee pot and this wasn't just my opinion but several co workers! Then the burrito had so many chewy meat and the hash browns were cold as if they were made and left under the heat light for hours. Terrible place, terrible service, terrible food!
