I've been up and down about Casa lately but this last visit was a home run. I'm a simple guy I like a nice bean and cheese burrito with some sauce and jalapeños and they delivered. Only wish I could have ordered another one!

Turned out to be an average Mexican food place, however it did lack flavor. Service was decent

Horrible service! My order was wrong. How hard is it to make enchiladas. I was given tacos at first then once it was remedied the replacement order was also wrong. My enchiladas had no sauce! None! I'm so tired of the blow & go service. I've been going here for 40 years. Not happy with the service.

One of our go to out of town restaurants when we have to be in Livermore for a medical visit. We usually get here before the dinner rush, usually quiet. Food is delicious, service exceptional. We always enjoy eating here.

Great service, friendly staff. Ordered the Carne Asada plate good portions and great flavor. Jalapeno/Cucumber Margarita with Mezcal drink well made most places added to much of one ingredient, making the Margarita bitter not in this case. I recommend this restaurant, If you're in Livermore, in the mood of good mexican

Came here today for lunch around noon with my son and it was surprisingly not very busy. They were quick to get the chips and salsa and drinks to us. Our food came out quickly as well. I asked for just lettuce and grilled chicken on top with a side of whole pinto beans. The chicken was grilled nicely and had good flavor (I used the salsa as my salad dressing and it was good as always...and with a bit of a kick!). The beans were hot and creamy tasting and perfectly cooked in my opinion. My son had the lunch special of three quesabirria tocos. He enjoyed them but said they were kind of oily/greasy, but we both agreed that is just the nature of how they are cooked. He said the flavor was good though. And it came with a flavorful dipping sauce. The owner was walking around checking in on tables and asking how things were, which was nice. This used to be my families go-to spot for all celebrations, but we have all moved out of the area. But being in Livermore today, I knew I had to come here for lunch. Service was always hit or miss here, but today it was good. The food has always been excellent. Wish I still lived in the area so I could come more often.

I went there yesterday and sat in the bar about 4pm. Only 2 other tables. The bartender basically ignored us. I had to waive him over to drop menus. Sat there another 10 minutes and watched him chit chatting with the staff. He finally came over and took our drink order. Brought our drinks and dropped them, never took our food order. I actually had to get up and go up to the bar and give him our food order. Brought our food with no napkins or silverware. He disappeared. I had to go to the bar and take a stack of cocktail napkins. He came back a few minutes later with silverware. Food was just okay, chips and salsa never re-filled. Will not go back. Very disappointing, bartender should find a new job.

I think the key to liking this place is to have many cocktails first - kinda like after drinking late night and going to jack in box thinking its a good idea. If you don't drink you may notice the food is really not that great - made me sick actually - over cooked rubbery chicken, mole tasted like the bottles stuff you get a safeway, rice was dry and old, beans had no flavor and my water glass was dirty, batted away a few flys and the place smelled like industrial cleaning formula - most guest were enjoying many cocktails and the staff was nice but the value just wasn't there and tough to have conversation - its very loud! Ive read the rave reviews and its mostly centered around the adult beverages - over priced bar food really.

I've been a long time customer, since the original in Dublin. Those were the good old days! Since they expanded to Livermore, it completely went downhill ... in both locations! The food is only subpar and that's on a good day. One easy fix that customers love is warm chips! Do better!
