I am very disappointed in this place, my family and I went to eat approximately 30 minutes ago, I understand that perhaps we were already the last customers but it is not the way to serveWe are Latinos and we felt discriminated against by the staff, the cashier looked at us and treated us in an unpleasant way, with the exception of a girl who did speak SpanishThe food was extremely cold, it was definitely an unpleasant moment, I will never return, I hope the manager pays a little attention to his staff

Went in with my kid to grab a kids meal and a quesadilla.It is just us & no one behind us at 8:30pm. Haven’t see a Guy so pissed off because I asked for a side of salsa after paying for the food. I Asked cashier if he can get me a side, & he simply starred at me and told me repeatedly to ask the guy serving and why am I asking him(the guy in the ponytail). Not the first time I ask for something with a cashier at numerous Chipotle locations across the country.Which I did ask the guy at the food station, he simply sling the plastic cup at the counter. Can’t believe these guys given a job to interact with customers with such attitude.Even my 7y old thought these guys are mad and asking me what prompted them to be so rude & he simply wants to leave the place, which we did!Never going back to this place . The two gentlemen are in the picture & if you see them don’t even think going in.

The food was delicious, but the portions of meat were like if I ordered a kids meal. The cashier seemed he didn't want be there he was so unhappy. He even snatched the debit card from my daughters hand. You can barely hear what he is saying. Never again will I go

Food: 3/5When I feel undecided about where to eat (especially in a mall or shopping center) usually I stick with chipotle. This is because the food is usually consistent. I had a chicken bowl around 5pm after walking around and shopping for a few hours. The bowl itself was ok, the chicken was cooked well and all the other toppings were the way other locations have them. Service: 0/5The First Gentleman that took our order was patient, friendly, and kind. All I asked was, for pinto beans, chicken, and brown rice. When it was passed on to the next employee, things took a turn. When I asked for salsas, sour cream etc she put nearly everything on the bowl, I then quickly tried to repeat what I asked for and she repeated back the wrong order but it was too late. She had even added guacamole with me never asking for it. I had asked for cilantro and she repeated back something else, I asked three times and every other location I have been to, normally I expect to just pay and the cilantro will just be put into a little container afterwards while I step to the side. I have worked for chipotle, which I actually enjoyed, and it helped me realize how quick things must be. I already had the understanding the cilantro would take some time and I paid and stepped to the side. I did not understand why guacamole was put on my order when I never asked for it, and was charged for it, but I did not want to hold up the line, I just paid and let it go. The cashier was incredibly rude, refused to give water cups. He turned around and did a half spin, then glared and gave a cup. Nothing was done to deserve this poor customer service. I waited to use the bathroom after I ate half my meal and the same cashier came out the bathroom. It stank of urine, there was urine on the floor and the toilet. Having worked for you, we are asked to check the bathrooms every hour? Is this not enforced anymore? Especially if an employee notices what is going on after having used the bathroom? When I walked out of the bathroom, the other shorter female employee was waiting to use the bathroom and again gave me a glare/dirty look. It seemed like it was just employees alternating bathroom breaks. I really did not understand all this, I walked to the cashier when I was about to leave and asked why there was such poor customer service and why we were being treated this way. He did not respond nor acknowledge it. I asked if I could speak to the manager, he just pointed to the employee next to him, bagging chips. I explained what happened and the "manager" completely ignored me and just started talking to someone who was paying for their meal. They both refused to give their names, I felt I was actually harassed due to how this conversation went. If they had explained they were unstaffed or missing a person I would have just shown some empathy and left. I really do not understand their behavior. The cashier "Dante" per the receipt, said none of the employees are required to wear name tags and they have not for over 4 years. No resolution or apology. This experience alone makes me not ever want to eat at any chipotle again and strongly vouch against it which makes me a bit sad. I hope my receipt with the time allows you to check videos. I really hope nobody else has to experience what I did. I realize now I should have checked the reviews before going, 2/5 overall rating?Ambiance: 1/5I felt negativity and uncomfortable the entire time eating there. The main uncleanliness I noticed was the bathroom. Overall, the line was not too long and though there were other guests eating there, it was not too packed.
