Amazing food! We ordered chapli kabab and quabeli pallaw and both were delicious!Very similar to the Fremont branch in terms of taste and portion.Don’t forget to order yoghurt!
Friendly service and delicious food! I totally enjoy this restaurant.Parking: Easy parking. Level pavement. Disabled parking available.Kid-friendliness: Food not spicy unless you request it spicy so good for children. Yummy desserts.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
This restaurant claims to be halal, but the meat, especially the lamb in the qabuli I ordered, doesn't appear to be halal, leading to severe diarrhea after eating it and it’s very pricey
I ordered qaboli (rice). poor quality and rude receptionist, they charge me $27 not worth it ?

I had the lamb kabob and ice cream for lunch a couple of weeks ago. It was delicious. It was relaxing. I think it was Ravi Shankar music they were playing softly. Very nice family restaurant.

Hubby and I always pass by this restaurant daily, we finally ate lunch today. WOW! Extremely clean, delicious, great prices, conveniently located, clean (which is a must, especially in the food industry), plus our hostess / waitress was very attentive. Can't wait to take our family and friends here!!!

Very thin and tiny Bulani as we never expected, even my kids said that it was not delicious, they never added enough potato and Gandana,
food was good but the service horrible. As soon as we walked in the short lady with a pixi cut attacked us saying why we didn’t specify if we were dining in and insisted we said we would take away when we didn’t.The whole time she was extremely rude. Never have I ever experience such bad costumer service. Will not be returning!

Food was ok but customer service was terrible. Probably the worst I have ever experienced. The middle-aged woman in the front had an odd demeanor. She got one of the orders wrong, and seemed agitated when asked to correct it. Will be our first and last time visiting!

Went here on a tip from a local and it didn't disappoint. Very authentic food and good prices. Anytime I am in Livermore, I will go back. The lamb dishes are on point, and I have had numerous varieties from their menu.

We had just a wonderful lunch here at De Afghanan in Livermore. We had a large group of 7 adults plus a baby and they were very accommodating. The host was a lovely lady - she was always checking in on us if everything tasted good and if we needed anything. The food itself was amazing! We ordered murgh kabob plates, salad, lamb plates, boloni, and kadoo and everything was very tasty. The portions are very large so we could easily share with each other. My husband also ordered the sheer chai and loved it. A good pick-me-up on a cold day! Overall we had a great visit and will definitely be back soon :)
