the food was amazing and the service was super fast. our server was Elizabeth, she was so sweet and took down our orders really fast. the food was hot and fresh. it was really delicious and you can tell it was made with love. it was a quick meal after my class ended and we were in and out in less than hour. will definitely be coming back. recommend to anyone wanting a quick delicious and hearty meal. the ambiance was very cozy and welcoming.

Our experience at the Livermore location was great. Our server was Elizabeth and she was sweet and friendly. She did great with remembering our orders and checking on us while we wait for our food. The food was good and it didn't take too long either. Elizabeth was also a one man job. For most of our visit she was the only one working the front so she sat and served, as well as served as the cashier for not just our party of 7 but for the other parties in the restaurant. Overall great experience.

There was a big poster on the window facing the street that says kids eat free everyday. Well, it's not. We ordered for the adults and then items from the kids menu for the kids. When the bill came, the kids charges were included in the receipt. Asked the server about it, stating poster on their window was advertising kids eat free everyday. He said it wasn't the case at all, it was only on certain day of the week per the kids menu. Told him it was false advertisement since the poster clearly says everyday. He said he knew the poster outside has kids eat free everyday but management didn't want to take the poster down, and there wasn't anything he could do about it (and conveniently he didn't mention anything about it during ordering). Service was decent, but that definitely left a sour taste on the mouth.
