This place is great good BBQ, great staff and reasonable portions and prices. It’s one of our go to spots on the weekends have to get our Cue fix !

Ordered a sandwich online as well as my coworker. When we showed up we were told they were closed but would receive a refund and a free sandwich the next day. Never happened still haven't heard back about a refund a month later. Your better off elsewhere

Showed up at 7:45 on a Tuesday evening. They're supposed to be open until 9pm. I drove all the way from west Pleasanton and they were closed without a note or anything. Not going to drive here again if you can't trust the business to be open.

Out of EVERYTHING at 6 PM on a Tuesday. No chicken, no turkey. Spinach is supposed to be off the menu, but it's still on there. Ordered the "Cueban" sandwich, but only received a pulled pork (BIG! DIFFERENCE!), ribs were dry and fatty. What a terrible mistake coming here. I used to get Dickey's all of the time pre-pandemic, but they closed their Fremont and Pleasanton stores and now this store seems to have gone down hill big time. What is going on?!?!

Absolutely disgusting! Food was nasty as it had been sitting what looked like for days. Potatoes were grey, meat wasn't edible. This place used to be great. Stay clear away from this place unless you want food poisoning.

I’m disappointed that know one ever answers the phone there. I’d like to know if they are open for dining. Everytime I go by there it’s open and then someone comes to the door and says, no we are only doing catering. Frustrating.

This is the worst Dickies ever. They should take away the franchise from these people.Ordered off Uber eats 5 times. Three times after hours and hours they cancel the order. One time get a hard as a rock uncut, unseasoned piece of brisket with no sauce. The other time half of the items are missing.
Ordered from this place right at 11 when they opened, got to dickeys which is 30 mins from my boyfriends house all the way down Vasco Rd & they aren’t even open. I paid online $60+ and nobody is even here working in the place. On phone now to try and get my money back.

Just got done fishing at Los vaqueros and was very hungry so decided to try this place out and boy I was so disappointed I ordered the two meat plate pulled pork and brisket got two little pieces of brisket and a little bit of pulled pork and the macaroni cheese was disgusting did not even taste like mac and cheese. I should have read the reviews before I came to this spot. Now I'm here to add my own review as an unlucky customer and unhappy customer. Don't be that guy or person go elsewhere. $25 with no drink

My family placed an order through the app. My husband and 4 year old went down to pick up our order when the app said it was being bagged up. There was no one there. The door was locked and the lights were off at 7:30 pm. My husband called to make sure he wasn't at the wrong address and no one answered the phone. Our card was charged and we didn't get any food. SUPER LAME

Even though Google doesn't say it, this location seems permanently closed. I've stopped by a dozen times in the last few weeks and they were always closed.I've tried calling them many times throughout the day and no one ever answers.If they're not permanently closed, then they are completely unreliable.
