Kenneth an employee thats worked at Domino's for as long as I've been going there and is always working hard and providing fantastic food. Good energy from that place because of that gentleman. Recommended for sure for a quality pizza and wings for cheaper

Ordered a delivery and chose the traditional delivery option our order was delivered and no knock on the door thankfully we looked at the tracker because it says it was delivered. Our pizza was cold from being outside for a bit. When we called the store Angelica said even if we choose the traditional delivery option we have to add to the instructions that we wanted it handed to us directly. We've always ordered delivery and haven't had any problems. Angelica, not too sure that was her real name was super rude when we called in and brushed off our food being cold.

As a handicap person I think it's shameful that this brand doesn't support it's disabled community. The employees and the customers for this store park in the only handicap spot in the parking lot. I've actually said something to the drivers before and they may excuses instead of apologize. I will never come here again and I will tell everyone to avoid this place. And the pizza sucks.Parking: Very little parking in the front, plenty in the back and the only handicap spot in the front is taken by the customers and the driver drivers here. Lazy AF and selfish AF people. Karma!

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order from the Livermore Domino’s. I ordered a hand-tossed pizza with high hopes, but when I opened it, I was met with disappointment. The pizza had burnt sides and an exceptionally thin base, which was not what I expected from a hand-tossed pizza.To make matters worse, the customer service was subpar. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I won’t be returning to this Domino’s location.

Delivery. Pizza was cold. The delivery guy said he got lost. Forgot our drinks and shorted us a Ranch dressing. I tried the Crunchy thin crust. There was no crunch it was just a very thin soft crust and no flavor. I got about five pieces of sausage on the whole medium pizza along with the lack of vegetable toppings. Not sure why I tried this pizza again after so many years! You get what you pay for although I paid $70.00 delivery fee and tip!!! Don’t waste your money!!

I have always received top notch service here. The facility is clean. Staff are very professional and friendly. My orders have always been well prepared and on time. I will visit this place again. Thanks to all the staff here ! It is not easy to be efficient , it takes lot of work !
Hands down one of the Best pizza and customer service i have ever had. I ordered a thin crust pizza with chicken, bacon and BBQ Sauce. The pizza was cooked to perfection with the right amount ofchicken to Bacon ratio and the crunch ooh wow the crunch. What added to this perfect dinner was when i picked up my order i was greeted as soon as i walked in the door and handed my order without having to wait.very nice people Thank youPs. this is a picture of the aftermath there's nothing there because i ate it,delicious!!!

Was going to order from here, but the owner Aarmin who answered the phone is super rude. My wife asked him if they sent ketchup packets with the pizzas, and his response was " we don't serve bugers "! What a moron. Does anyone think dominos serves burgers! When i took the phone and confronted the guy, he's like cancel your order. Domino's just lost my business for life because of this guy!

My wife asked him if they send ketchup packets with the pizzas, and his response was "we don't serve bugers and fries"! What a moron. Does any think dominos serves burgers! Then my wife was like no worries and asked if he could write the pizza types on the boxes since we were ordering 9 large pizzas, and again he responded rudely. All he had to do was say no politely ! When i took the phone and confronted the guy, he's like cancel your order. Domino's just lost my business for life because of this guy!

If there were an option to review zero, I would. Placed an order for my kids birthday and called to kindly request ketchup satchets with the pizza For some kids who love ketchup with their pizza. The owner says arrogantly, "we don't serve burger or fries..no ketchup!" And I wanted him to label the pizzas, to which he responds "we cannot do this for every customer, if you want to order from somewhere else, you can."Well, smartass, if you were such a pizza purist, you wouldn't be selling dominos!! And if you want to lose years of customers, your plan is clearly working!
