Wished I had read these reviews before going there. The man who assured me that he would call me back probably had no intention of doing so. I can very well dispute the charge but alerting merchant company may be the right thing to do so they are not doing this to others. My advice to others, check your signed receipts and get a paper print in case they add on to you too!

Meh, place is cool, but tiny pours and the red wines served too warm in my humble opinion..... Room temperature, not cellar temperature.....

The wine and company here are top notch. Every single time I have stopped in I stay for over an hour, have fun conversations and leave with excellent wines. The wine club keeps it interesting by showcasing wines from all up and down the west coast.

Cringe factor!!!!!! Not once, BUT twice have I had bad experiences at this place!!! First off, male owner is not very friendly and a little arrogant for such a small establishment! I asked if he would charge my phone when my friend was spending monies there and he refused to charge my phone! I had to hold my tongue!!!! Secondary to this situation.... Who is the female representative who is crispy tanned even in the winter??? She got arrogant with me after I wanted to buy a wine glass holder when there were four people in the place including us???????? Bad customer service and awful representation for your tiny wine business!!!!! She lost a sale as got annoyed with me that the wine holder had no price!!!! Beware of these unfriendly folks! Not Happy!!!!!! Does she have anxiety issues???????

Went here once as it's a little out of our way to travel to. We went in because it advertised mimosas on the little black board that's kept outside. Did not disappoint. Staff was super friendly and kind and they even let us stay a little passed closing as it was a really nice day out. I love the cute little patio they have outside which was great to enjoy the music being placed a few shops down.

From out of town, stopped in because of the YELP reviews, great little wine bar, had an amazing time, everyone was so friendly and wine was delish!

Prices have gone nuts with new ownership !! Couple of glasses and your are out $50, pretty sure won't be visiting going forward.

I went in and discovered what a huge wine selection they had, I was very impressed. Who needs to spend the whole day touring vineyards when they have everything in one spot. Great atmosphere with super friendly service and great hosts! Cant wait to go back!

Joined 1st wine company with previous owners just over a year ago, they were very gracious and engaging everytime we went in. The new ownership group, not so much. We belong to several other wine clubs here in Livermore and Napa. We always get consideration (free wine tasting) at every other wine club winery, but not here. My wife and I enjoy the win tasting experience and love the social aspect of it. However our latest experience the new owner was very disappointing. He was not very friendly and failed to provide proper discription of the wine tasting flights we paid full price for. We also found a couple of the wine club monthly wines at Bevo at much better price.. If you enjoy the downtown Livermore experience, ok. But, don't join, no benefit.

Came on Saturday afternoon at 6pm, very nice area. Live music, outdoor seating. They sell bottle and by glass red wine and white wine. Price is decent. You great to enjoy with friends and family.

This place is under new management. The new owner has no idea about customer service. Looks like he got in to the wrong business. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. The old owners were great but the new owner is horrible. Go elsewhere.
