HP Taco is a great new addition to our local taco a scene. He pops up a lot in wine country and over at the Vasco Row Makers District and I try and swing by whenever I can. John is dishing out some fun spins on tacos. From cheeseburger, duck, and pork belly. I like how he plays with the proteins. Check him out!
I’ve gotten tacos from John at HP taco truck on several occasions. The tacos are insanely delicious and thoughtfully put together with ingredients that really compliment each other. I CRAVE them and am always keeping an eye out for where this truck will be. John is a super friendly guy and always has great customer service. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

John brought his taco truck to our Oscar Party- his Fusion food worked perfectly for Oppenheimer! Everyone loved the tacos and John was super professional, friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend him and his taco truck!
