It's a great local cafe that caters, with good vibes ,great owners and staff that's involved with their community. The food is fantastic and don't forget to ask for extra salsa with your breakfast burrito cause you're gonna want it.Also the Philly cheesteak is my personal favorite.
Overpriced smallish sandwiches....decent flavor...cold inside...some homeless guy taking a sink bath in restroom .Cmon Livermore you can do better...prices way to high n make restroom customers only...

Highly recommend. The girl who usually takes mine or my coworkers orders is very sweet. I usually will do a burrito and switch it up with either a Chorizo breakfast burrito, veggie burrito with sausage or the livermore omelette if i have more time to sit down and eat. Lots of choices for breakfast/lunch either for dine in or takeout.

Jake's is awesome! Had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and a side salad. Both were absolutely delicious. Service was amazing and time for food was great. All the way around and great experience. Will definitely be back!

I'd also came to know about this place on FB and in years past, folks would rave about the food here and their Thanksgiving dinners. We decided to order for Thanksgiving this year and I remembered Jakes. I came across the order form on their IG. I placed a phone order a couple weeks in advance. The girl on the phone, Jazmine was friendly and easy to work with. I called the next day to modify my order and she was helpful. I ordered the half meal that feeds 4-6 people. We were going to be 5 people so I figured Jake's knows their portion sizes, they've done this before so this 4-6 will be enough. Sadly it was not enough and fed more like 2-3 people. The salad was about the only thing there was leftovers of. The mac n cheese, veggies, and turkey portions were very very small. Everyone was a bit conservative on serving themselves, including myself bc I wanted to make sure everyone got some. I didn't eat how I'd normally eat so my scoops were small. It was embarrassing to NOT be able to tell our guests, "get seconds" because there wasn't much to get. My sister, husband and I agreed that this 4-6 would comfortably feed 2-3. The heat up instructions were vague. Just the same temperature for all items but no time limit for any of the items. So we guessed. The mashed potatoes were a bit chunky so not completely mashed. But they also tasted a bit dry and piece-y. Not very creamy at all. The turkey was a bit dry. The meal came with 1 pie. I ordered a 2nd. Those were pretty good. Same for the rolls. The mac n cheese though was very good. I just wish there was more so everyone could've had a second serving. I'm quite disappointed in the advertising for this Thanksgiving meal. For $200, I feel everyone should've been able to serve themselves well.

Reasonable prices and great food. Breakfast and lunch until 2 PM. Service was speedy and friendly. It is a "Mom and Pop" type place with counter ordering and plates delivered to your table. This is not the place to go if you are looking for a fancy interior with lots of ambiance. It IS the place to go for friendly atmosphere and good service.
