Went here while shopping. The customer service was phenomenal. The mexican girl with long hair, who was ringing me up was very understanding and patient. The shakes are amazing! Definitely recommend after a day of shopping.

This is a no frills Johnny Rocket's inside the food court at the Premium Outlets. I deducted a star because they charge extra for the ranch or bbq sauce. So they nickel and dime you.... Very limited menu and prices for a food court are higher than I would expect. The kid meals and milkshakes are the main reason I come here since it's my kids favorite food spot at the outlets.

We ate at a food court in an outlet mall. The burger, fries and shake were tasty. A little overpriced and seething in the food court was an issue.The buzzer system to get your food when it was ready was very effective.

I order the smokehouse burger with fries and an iced tea. Total was $18 so I expected it to be legit. Guy at the register was nice. I loved that bbq ranch sauce when I was growing up so I hoped to scratch the nostalgia itch while at the outlets. Not even close to as good as the Johnny Rockets I remember as a kid. Burger was small and didn’t taste like the fresh patties that they used to use. Bacon was sad and flappy like fast food bacon, it used to be legit. I got food poisoning from my meal and spent the night with painful cramps and an all-together awful experience. I’m not going to go into details, but it was unbearable. Never going to a Johnny Rockets ever again.

Pictures are misleading because I thought it was like the old Johnny Rockets but it's in a food court, so you don't get the nostalgia that comes with visiting Johnny Rockets, instead you get to be in a very crowded room, like a cafeteria, yelling over you meal because of how loud it

Ordered Chicken Tender Sandwich and Chicken Tenders while shopping at the premium outlets. Chicken Tenders (6pc) is only a $1 more than Chicken Tenders (3pc) and got 6pc. Both items came out warm and delicious. My toddler enjoyed the Chicken Tenders.
